Amazing transformation! It’s hard to know the circumstances that allowed a property to get that neglected. But this restoration will go a long way into healing both mind and soul. If I were a kid, my secret fort would be on the upper terrace in the back where I could see all invaders coming in to take my territory!
I am a 67 year old lady but I thought, when he was finishing that top terrace off....that is exactly where I would have my "special place" for whatever came up....perfect behind some bushes!
This property was once gorgeous, and with continued maintenance, it will be so again. I hope we can get updates occasionally to see the progress. Thank you!

For pressure washing I always spray pool chlorine down first as a pretreatment. Works beautifully when paired with a good pressure wash. Kills everything green! This was a HUGE undertaking! You two made that property look beautiful again. Well done!

If you do a portfolio of your work, (and you should), this would be absolutely fantastic yard to feature as a before and after with pics showing each section you did. Now the yard is safe for children and does not look like a complete dump. Future mowing on a regular basis should make this lawn easy and quick from here on out. Plus I would think it would be more affordable for the family as well as desirable too. Dang good job that has to gove you a huge feeling of accomplishment. Does not hurt getting a regular paid job out of it.
I have seen some crazy clean ups and did the work. You got me whooped all holler and by a bunch. Most would take one look at that job and run for the hills . lol
I had a Karcher K3, i thought it did a great job till i upgraded to the "Full Boar" petrol pressure washer $499 from Bunnings. 3200 PSI, plus you can use the Karcher Turbo Nozel and 15" Hard Surface Cleaner on it. It will cut your pressure washing time down heaps and does a far better job plus no need to pull electricy from the house is a huge bonus. Well worth investing in, i have added it as a service to my Lawn Care business.
Got to use pretty long screw in the ground stakes to keep trampolines from blowing away. I learned that the hard way. Chains like on a swing set are great to attach stake to trampoline legs. 😉

So much stuff to clear and you did it like a well oiled machine. This poor family must have got into such a rut and you would have helped their mental state so much doing this for them. They did an excellent job on that wreck of a yard. It's been years since that yard was cared for properly.
