I have also experienced this problem before,on a C7 Acert engine for a Cat 140K Motor Grader. Wen it was mixing oil and fuel,in my case ,I diagnosed and found out that the injector seal seals where not okay . blue and white seal on the middle of the injector. Then another Grader , started pushing fuel out of the exhaust,the problem was the injectors where not sitting properly.
