Our policy is *ONE family ONE property*. They will be the exclussive and sole guests for each Farmhouse spread over in 5 acre greenery farm.
There are 2 farmhouses old one *NIRVANA*...and new one *NIKUNJA with exclussive private mini swimming pool*.
*The tariff for each farm house is Rs 3900 upto 5 persons per night for stay...any extra persons Rs 700 each*.
Whatever food extra.
Caretaker Mallamma and team will be there for looking after all their needs during stay including delicious Veg/ Non Veg home food.
We provide almost all amenities for our guests like refrigerator, washing machine, microwave oven, tea maker, iron box, hair dryer, toaster, juicer, mixy grinder....etc. Our kitchen is fully furnished along with gas stove and all utensils for guests in case guests wants to do self cooking. Please be noted that in case guests use kitchen whole day for their cooking all food we charge Rs 100 per person. Partial cooking allowed with free of charge.
Ancient type fire 🔥 pot hot water bathroom also available in case wish to enjoy the memories of olden days in NIRVANA Farmhouse.
Indoor / outdoor games items will be provided to our guests in our capacity. Guitar, Tabla, Mouth Harmonium provided with conditions for our guests if require.
We charge Rs 175 per person for buffet breakfast ( atleast 3-4 items plus sweets + fruits) with tea/coffee or milk.
Rs 200 per person for veg buffet lunch or dinner with choice of Chapathi/Jola Rotti/Ragi Mudde plus ice cream.
Rs 300 per person for Non veg dinner along with deserts( ice cream + fruits). In this guests will serve mangalorean chicken curry or sukka & fish fry along with other Veg dishes and Chapathi/ Roti/ Raagi mudde as per guest preferences.
Snacks for drinks extra at nominal.
Other specified Non veg items/liquors can be served for guests if required from our cloud kitchen hotels/outlets at actual.
Fresh Toddy can be served generally in morning by 10-11 as per guest requirement with prior orders.
Welcome drinks and evening tea with light snacks will be complimentary.
Barbeque set up or Camp fire can be arranged for night as per guest requirements with nominal charges if weather condition permits.
Though I am abroad available 24x7 on whatsapp [phone] for any assistance.
