  • #WhichCraftLabs #Props edition is a look behind the scenes into the wonderous world that is props, from ideation to creation and most likely some goofing off along the way.
On this episode of WCLP, Fabricator Jordan Bray raids all the bins and drawers for kitbashin’ goodies. From respirators to WIFI routers, nothing is off the table for this spaceship build. Enjoy as we turn bits and scraps from around the shop into a sci-fi ship fit for deep space.
Starring: Jordan Bray, Chelsea Mainwaring, Julian Leclerc
    Producer: Julian Leclerc
    Editor: Thanya Sangthien

Fantastic! Although it was a short video, it left a strong impression. Thank you for sharing. May I ask how much time did you need to make it?

There is something to be said for editing. I like the overall design but more work needs to be done on refining the model.

GREAT JOB; but just one question to all builders: why must be every spaceship so dirty?

My guess is "because Star Wars", which popularized the greebly-covered "lived in" aesthetic. Before this was a lot more sleek 60s space-race type stuff - the smooth tubes and saucers of Star Trek, the spheres of 2001's Discovery and support crafts. The Star Wars approach makes it a lot easier to hide shortcuts taken during kitbashing, too.
