I think this is american factory (in Mexico) because the first 500 are made in Poland

It's getting very long in the tooth by now, not many cars make it unchanged past 10 years in production.
HB45175 the euro edition has been facelifted dont know of us spec is also getting the facelift
10 years is nothing for iconic car like 500 , look at vw beatle or mini etc or even fiat's own 126 for example some of them were made for 30 years .
They even horn in the factory :)
