    That was a cool tour thank you. Unfortunately I was watching it on my cell phone which probably doesn’t do it justice. Hey Bill, I see you as the type of guy that likes mastering technology and knowledge. At some point I think you’re going to get a drone and have it follow you overhead while you do these tours. That would make these videos even cooler especially when you do campground tours.

      Lol. Wait till you see the campground we just moved to today. We're gonna shoot a little teaser video in a day or 2, and then another in depth tour sometime next week.

    Bill and Deb do you two also have a Clam shelter that I thought I had seen in a previous video? We have a tiny Runaway camper and we like a tent pad right next to the trailer so we can set that up as an extra room. Steven and Melinda Arndt

      We have a Gazelle screen room. We love it. That is our living room.

    Nice footage! Do have some questions that if you touched on them, I must have missed while doing a marathon of watching your videos.
    1. You had planned to install motion sensor lights, but looks like that never happened?
    2. How did you secure your hot water tank so that it doesn't bounce around?
    3. And along with #2, how are you securing the washer so it doesn't roll around?
    4. Anything that you've had to "tweak" now that you've been living in the trailer for a month now?
    Thanks again for sharing with the rest of the world.

      You've been paying attention. No, we ended up not installing the motion sensor lights, due to time constraints and concerns over bugs with the lights that close to the doors. The hot water tank is secured with a small ratchet strap around it to hooks we installed in the nose. We also installed hooks in the nose for the washing machine, and it is secured with a bungee cord. That being said, we have found the washing machine uses quite a bit of water, a total of 10 gallons per wash. We probably will not be taking it with us when we head South during the winter. We well be relying on our fresh water tank often and that's too much water usage. One day s week at the laundromat is probably in the cards. The only tweaking so far, is an extra wall hook here and there to hang extra items. We will be running a drain for the vanity sink in the near future. Right now, we simply dump it in the shower after use.

    Do they have weekly or biweekly rates.

    • @billanddeb
      @billanddeb 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      All rates are daily rates (around$20 per day) with a 14 day limit. 62 and over with the "senior pass" get a 50 per cent discount. This is a Corp of Engineer camp ground managed by the federal government.

    There you go again teasing us. I see the sunset, I see a guitar case but I don’t hear any songs, and I don’t hear Bill singing. What’s up with that? Just kidding guys. Onto the next video!
