I've just literally listened to this thousands and thousands of times, studying the sheet music, following the sheet music with my eyes as it's played. Wrote a transcription program on a PC that lights up the note as it sounds in the original. I mean, I've went out there pretty far with this one. One of Yngwie's and lots of Megadeth songs. Again, very very awesome playing man and it made my evening on a semi shitty day. Thank you!
The best Daydream cover I've ever heard, or rather watched on TH-cam. Vinnie Moore would have been proud of this very accurate rendition of the solos and harmonies and Tony MacAlpine would certainly be impressed with his keyboard solo played on the guitar. 👍🏼 This would have been 100 percent perfect if the bass parts were played on a 5 or 6 string bass. Andy West (of The Dixie Dregs) was the session bassist on Mind's Eye and he actually used a 6 string bass guitar on the record. Unfortunately his bass lines didn't come out strongly in the final mix but if you listen very carefully, you can hear Andy play certain notes on the low B string. Very well done cover, it's almost like listening to Daydream from Mind's Eye!

I saw Vinnie Moore LIVE at a Music Store in Houston, TX (Evans Music I think?) and he was Promoting this Album (Yes Album) and I tape-recorded the whole Guitar Clinic (Yes Tape Recorded his Performance...HaHa and still have it) Then he Signed My Mind's Eye Album (Still have it) and I even took a bunch of Pictures and Still Have Them! He played 4 or 5 songs to a Backing Track at Evans Music is where I think it was at?? He played DayDream and Nailed the SOLO, and several others and was AMAZING!!!!!!!!! I talked to him for a little bit, but he wasn't a big talker! He had his Vinnie Moore White Guitar with "VM" in Black, A Big Huge V.M. FRO, and was wearing a Crappy T-Shirt 2 sizes too small, but he played the Hell out of that Guitar!!!!!!!!!!! He was a Breath of Fresh Air in the Neo-Classical Scene. Maybe in 1987?

私がmahoさんの動画に初めてコメント入れたのがこの曲でした。
当時コピってて、みなさんどうやって弾いてるんだろ？って思い、検索して最初に見たのがmahoさんのプレイでした、今でもよく憶えてます^ ^
ディミニッシュはエコノミーで弾いてます、プリングは使ってないです、人差し指から始まり小指で終わるパターンで上がって行ってます。
ライブで確認しましたが、ヴィニーはオルタネイトっぽいです。
キーボードソロは音拾えなかったんです、なので得意フレーズでアレンジしてみました、気に入ってもらえて良かったです〜。
ギターソロは最後のフルピッキングでいつもスタミナ切れちゃいまして、ヘロヘロプレイばっかり録れてしまい、これでもマシなほうなんです。
ヴィニーの正確さはホント凄いですね、永遠の目標です^ ^
