CTMH National Scrapbooking Day - Use those scraps!!

Shout out to Close To My Heart Maker Laura Beacham in West Australia for this fun card design. What a great way to use up scraps (mine are overflowing!) and this looks great in any color.

Tip: Squares are cut at 1 3/8 inch and you need 8. Offset the second row.
