Dear Arshad Bhai, these are lenticular clouds. They look like a stationary cloud parked motionless over a mountain, or just downwind from a mountain, but there’s more activity there than meets the eye. Wind approaching the mountain is forced to climb to get over the summit. As the air climbs into the cooler, lower-pressure region above the mountain, the temperature of the air may drop below the dew point, so water in the air condenses to form a cloud. Then when the air heats back up as it descends the other side of the mountain, those cloud droplets evaporate back into the air. So, in the lenticular cloud, you’re not seeing the same water droplets hanging there for hours, you’re instead seeing new droplets form and old droplets evaporate continuously as the air flows over the mountain.

I read this "It seems to grow not out of the earth, but out of the sky as if it had condensed from its white clouds and deep blue, the top part is always snowy " I hope to will get to see Mount Ararat in Turkey.
