“Yep that’s me..u probably wondering how I got my self into this situation “
naw still liked old uff three fights in one nite to be champ and no wt class pride couldn't touch that hombre lol those pluckers were warriors Matt Hughes chuckgsp josh Barnett bj Penn don frye phuck man lol
Cro Cop still is my favorite fighter.A real warrior in the cage or ring
This was the fight that cracked Silva’s chin. He was never the same after this fight.
Fact!
That's like rampage Jacksons left hook on liddell, he was never the same. That same left hook certainly did not improve Silva's chin either, monster strikers.
The absolute best Cro Cop was OWGP 2006 Cro Cop. He was unstoppable.
Prime Cro Cop was a MONSTER! Scary AF and just ELITE. Top 5 of all time in his Prime.
The sequence at 00:56 is elite movement, defense and position control. It's beautiful.
A masterclasses performance from Cro Cop. Silva was valiant and showed great heart but..
Bodied.
Imagine battling Wanderlei Silva in a match then having to fight Josh Barnett right after. 😮
Look how #CroCop walks away at the right time and comes back with a straight punch to #WanderleySilva's eye, Cro Cop was very focused for this fight.

Cro Cop should be added to UFC 5!!!
Love how Cro Cop just stands there waiting to finish him off while Silva gets checked over.
17 years later and that 5-minute break they gave Wanderlei is still just as ridiculous.
He was tired and getting beat up, he needed it.
Basically lmao like what the fuck was that 😂
This is the biggest fight they had. They wanted to entertain us so they gave him a long break. This shit is still a business bro
@@ThePeacePlant Shill much?
Pride was wild back then.whole show production was amazing ❤
Silva was always one of my favorites along with fedor, cro cop and rampage
The knock on Cro Cop was that he wouldn’t always push the action in his big fights. You see in this one what happens when he was the aggressor!
Left head kick was legendary 💪💪💪👍
Left liver kick was painful 💪💪👌 .
I miss Pride. To me it was the peak of MMA.
That and the Tito/Chuck era of UFC around the same time was the golden age of mma. Its just not the same anymore
@@drunkweebmarine9492 definitely the best era of mma. The UFC had a rock/metal vibe back then too 💯👊
One of the greatest rematches of all time
This was around the time Mirko was in his best form.
Lethal.
Honestly feel Cro Cop didnt want to hurt him anymore
Yeah that moment at 5:40. Looks like he’s thinking “dude coulda gone to the hospital, but I guess he’s going somewheres else…”
Similar to Chuck Liddell vs wanderlei they both knew wanderlei would go all the way till the end and saved him the damage and respect
Wanderley Silva também é um guerreiro!!!
Ótima luta e parabéns aos 2 competidores 👏👏👏👏👏👏
Definitely! Silva is a true warrior! Dude has been around a long time!
Silva sucks he has a bad attitude he was destroyed and humbled here by a humble and way better warrior, Mirko.
😢😢😢
Wow these guys are tough, good thing this fierceness and sacrifice was recorded and immortalized
My favorite fighter in Pride… Mirko Cro Cop. 🇭🇷
Best era of MMA forever!
Peak Cro Cop. Such amazing footwork and countering.
The mindless Brazilian "punching from the waist" strategy can be devastating but perfectly countered, in this case.
I wonder why they do that. Even Amanda did that when fighting ronda. Although there was so threat there so I guess she was safe.
Mirko didnt want to injure that opponent anymore after the eye damage. He was definitely holding back. He was forced to take out that injured opponent.
LOL, no he was'nt.
This never gets old to watch
That final kick looked like it split silvas head open 😂
Mirko hated to knock down Wanderlei after he was injured. If you see he is not happy or celebrating his knock out. ! True respect ! !
best comment here.. u saw it!
Sempre fui fã do Crocop e do Fedor Emelianenko....
Eu também, são meus 2 lutadores preferidos.
Wanderlei Silva was an Animal! That left kick to the liver was brutal.
He took it like a boss.
Eu sempre vejo essa luta e me impressiono.
Right leg hospital, left leg cemetery. -Mirko Crocop
Two legends!!
I see only one, Mirko.
@@andrewsoldan6050 I see two. Silva is also a legend of the sport.

5:41- Crocop looked disappointed they didn't stop the fight. I think he didn't want to hurt Silva too much more.
The precision by cro cop is insane
True 💯
