Moon Yoongi - Where have you been? One of K Pop's most important skill to have is dance behind singing/vocals. If they can't dance, they shouldn't be in a K Pop group. What Pentagon does shouldn't be that much of a surprise if you're into to K Pop for a long time. I think the level of dance skill has gotten more intricate now but they were already good dancers when they debuted with "Gorilla". The choreography for Gorilla was no cake walk either.
Don't worry my dear friend, I haven't been living under a rock and I am well aware that all kpop groups dance. But it would be naive to think all of them are on the same level, or are even any good at it. If it was so obvious all kpop groups dance well there wouldnt be an award for best dance performance. There are groups that focus more on vocals and there are those that focus on dancing and then something inbetween. For example Seventeen is known for their great choreographies and synchronization (I'm not a fan but I know about this) and so are BTS. What I meant in the original comment was, that Pentagon aren't known as "the group with great choreo and dancing skills" but they should be (among many other things), because they are that good. And wtf does Gorilla have to do with this? I never said their choreo wasn't good before, I just pointed out choreo for Runaway is awesome.

5 years ago, when I was in 8th grade, me and my group of friends performed this song and choreo in our schools talent show. The area where I lived only had a small percent of asians and not many people knew abt kpop. The whole gymnasium was packed. After we performed, this little girl came up to us, saying that she loved our performance. She told us that she speaks korean and shes happy that we performed a kpop song. This is one of the reasons why I love performing and Im glad to spread the joy of korean music.
One of the best choreograph I've seen in cube I'm not kidding..that originality of suddenly changing,that was epic!!👍👍 Pentagon is very creative!! Dang the talent this group have..i can go on forever but I will stop here.
Just imagine if this was performed by a well known Group. This song would be famous.

What makes pentagon choreo harder is bcs of the formations such as in like this, runaway, critical beauty and can you feel it.
As for sha la la, gorilla, dr bebe, those have more complex choreo than formations.
So i want to slap this to those faces who said ptg choreo is childish

Everytime I see him dance I am impressed. When he did his solo challenge in Pentagon Maker I was stunned. They had hyped up Kino and E'dawn's dancing up to that point, so when Hui came I was super surprised. Whenever they have a performance I can't keep my eyes off him
He's incredibly amazing in everything he does and I wish I was just 1/3 talented as he is
Hui dances well, but he's not the lead dancer officially. Cube never announced that.

So I keep on replaying this and was watching each members one by one as i replay. One thing I notice here, there isn't really a dance hole in this team. Everyone was in sync, powerful, energetic, smooth, sharp and passionate. Like no one was stiff and awkward at all. I still can't believe they're rookies or a one year old group.
