Beside, Gladiia is not the only one who is their hair looks different If you look closely, SilverAsh, Thorns, Hoshiguma, Texas-Alter, & many more have a hairstyle that look slightly different between their default art & (newest) skin. Mostly it's because different color scheme (so they decided to match the hair colour to the surrounding) or just an evolution of an art style
Her ingame skin description suggests that Gladiia is trying out a new style. Chuzenji also posted a little doodle about Specter dyeing Gladiia's hair on weibo
