As for myself, I build Artilery with alternative Runes= Detonation Arrow, since it's got buff in this patch, and Light Fury I use Chakra Rush (awakened) / Chakra Illusion (non awakened) combined with it's cooldown skill plate (if use plate it's cd become 9secs) it will be spammable although you need a very close range to do it.

really? rampage claw on dark summoner? i think it was chaos formation.
dark summoner has a lot of overlapping skills. you can cast rampaging claw atleast twice unlike chaos formation with longer cooldown
