Hey, Madness Jake! Just got two air pro 500 watts out of storage, fully charged, will only stay on if I keep the on button pressed, otherwise just shuts off, any ideas?
No idea sorry but would recommend taking them to pure scooter shop to be tested

Hi mate, any idea what the error r8 with a spanner is. Just got this problem and no idea how to fix.
E8 is Motor failure so you might need to change the rear motor hope this helps 🙏🏻😉

I'm afraid there is not a way to do this on the Pure Scooter 🛴 they are like Apple phones very limited to them salf but however if you download the app you can change your kilometres to mph bit more of options 😉🤙🏻
my arrows are aligned still the same problem but my battery indicator no bars when in r8 mode arrrrrrr any help wold be appreciated thanks

Have you check on all wires they have to be head to head with the ➡️⬅️ Like this but on the Wires
I have the red spanner problem but it comes and goes, will work one day and then doesn't. Is the same fix. Any advice. Thanks
Have you checked out all your wire's and under the scooter 🛴 deck?
@@MADNESSJake420 I haven't because until I saw ur video I didn't have a clue what to do but I will open it up and have a check of the wiring tomorrow and hopefully it's just a loose wire. Thanks for the advice
Just make sure all wire's are ▶️◀️ this what it should look like on the end of the wire's were the connect together 👍
Ok if wires are matching with arrows facing each other what would u do next?
For me this problem appeared when i was fixing puncture in tyre ,next step seems open up tyre and check wire connections in wheel have u ever undue thous small screws and looked into?
@@janispirags1861 same here pal, it only went wrong after fixing a puncture in the back tyre
Hello mate My same scooter only turns on when charger is in but soon as you take the charger out it wont turn on what would u say the problem is any ideas dude ?
It sounds like you need a new battery 🔋 and don't trickle charge it next time let the battery 🔋 go fully dead and set alarm ⏰ to keep checking on scooter while charging , because they can catch fire but also I would also recommend get a new charger as well start with that first then move to the battery 🔋 but they cost a lot of money £300.00 so probably better off getting a new scooter 🛴

Mine turns on with my finger comes up as battery bars then stay on 10 seconds whilst in still holding it then comes up E8 non stop flashing with empty battery on screen!

He means he has plastic grommets in the holes were the screes would be..basically pull them out and start unscrewing💪
Mine is coming up with the spanner no flash , it turns off when once I start riding it

Mine when I turn it on after a few seconds it starting to blink then it goes off

Have you fully charged the scooter 🛴 & check out the voltage ⚡ between the battery and where it connects to see the current see how much voltage it's pulling though the wiring loom 😕

How long have you had your electric scooter for ? It sounds like it's some think to do with your battery 🔋 because the things is having an electric scooter every cupple of years you have to replace the battery because it loses its battery percentage over time just like a mobile phone 📱
I have the same issue red spanner flashing and it's showing 40 but only realised it maybe down to the motor in the back wheel i've check all wires,i've change the throttle it can't be the battery because i'm able to switch it on and i have a full battery showing ...
I just brought the new pure advance plus aswell
Without seeing it wouldn't be able to go any further because, only try to give people advice. As I'm not a machine.

It was the motor when i rolled the rear wheel the red spanner came on which told me it was the motor ...i brought the new motor and its all good working perfect so if the red spanner shows the problem may differ ..
So it might not always be the wire that you was showing how to fix it when it could be something else
