    What electronic signature software do you use?

    Does the client also need the Adobe software to sign the contract or no? Thanks!

    This is very helpful & seems pretty simple to navigate. I have a service based business where the packages I offer are at different price points + I gave some a-la-carte options. Does it allow me to just create one template but update the fees prior to sending? Or would I need to have a different template for each pricing structure?

    • @heartbehindhustle
      @heartbehindhustle  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      I personally have a different template for each structure but you could also create a template and add in a space for you to edit in the text part in it - that’s where you could say what’s included and at what price.

    Awesome video! Just what I needed. Did you make your own contracts, save them to adobe and adobe let you do what you needed to do to the contract for the signature signing etc?

    Hey Kamila. Thanks for the overview. Wondering 1) is there a limited amount per month of 'contracts' you can send out like DOCUSIGN that limits it to 5? Also, I 4 sets of docs I need to send out after the previous one gets signed/verified by me that it is correct. So instead of me having to do the same thing everytime, can I use Zapier to send SET1, let me verify it's signed correctly, then send SET2 , then SET3, then SET4?

    • @heartbehindhustle
      @heartbehindhustle  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I believe there are no limits of the number of contracts. This is one of the reasons why I love them! As for zapier I am not sure. I’d check their FAQ page

    Thanks for the vid! do you know how to apply two signitories to one email address? Clients have a shared email and looks like you can only have one signer per email? Any help would be great thanks!

    • @heartbehindhustle
      @heartbehindhustle  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I’m not sure from my understanding it is one signer per email. I’d have the client provide another email for the second person

    • @SteveWalkerWeb
      @SteveWalkerWeb 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Normally this is not possible. However, the workaround with this is to have each person authenticated with SMS authentication. i.e. two people have the same email, but different mobile phone numbers. You may need to have Adobe Sign for Enterprise to have SMS authentication though. Here's more info: helpx.adobe.com/uk/sign/using/signer-identity-authentication-methods.html

    What utility do you use to charge the credit/debit card once that information is entered? Square, Paypal, etc.?

      I use stripe with thrivecart . Check out this video How to take payments online in your business | Business Setup | HBHTV th-cam.com/video/6Mk7l_ZMpVA/w-d-xo.html

      Adobe Sign can also take payments. Adobe partners with Braintree (a PayPal company) so signers can pay and sign documents. Here's a video demo I made: th-cam.com/video/wSZkwRmTMWE/w-d-xo.html

    Can clients use their mobile device to sign? and do they have to subscribe to Adobe?

    • @heartbehindhustle
      @heartbehindhustle  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      I believe they can use their mobile device yes :)

    • @SteveWalkerWeb
      @SteveWalkerWeb 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Signers can sign using a mobile device. I would suggest making your documents as mobile friendly as possible, but the interface makes it easy to sign if you're using A4 documents. Also no, Adobe does not force people to sign up for an account. If you're a signer, just click on your email link and sign right away!

    • @heartbehindhustle

      Depends on how you set it up :) if you do have it where you need t sign, it will have you sign right after sending digitally as well

    Thanks for the video.
    They should include branding on the individual plan.
    Does the contract go to the customer via your email?
    Does it give you a link to email?
    Keen to see it more from a complete customer perspective.

    • @heartbehindhustle
      @heartbehindhustle  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      No it gets sent from their email and platform

    • @SteveWalkerWeb
      @SteveWalkerWeb 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The emails are sent from Adobe, however your name is set as the "From:" name, and your email is set as the "ReplyTo" address. So if recipients press reply, the response goes to your email address.

    How do I embed this through a website and will customize with a form for my client before they make an appointment?

    • @heartbehindhustle
      @heartbehindhustle  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      I don’t think that would be the right solution for you this is for contracts more than applications before calls. Try typeform instead

      Adobe Sign Web Forms allow you to embed forms into your website. Here's a video demo I made: th-cam.com/video/5gQ8hD70H4Q/w-d-xo.html Also here is an example of one in action: adobeautomotive.com/

    Hi, you mentioned that such digital signature is "legally bound". I guess that only applies to US, correct? I mean if someone accepts a signature that's just typed in or drawn down using a mouse, why would you need this whole Adobe thing? There's no difference compared to same "signature" added to email, isn't it?

    • @heartbehindhustle
      @heartbehindhustle  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      That’s a great question, I’m not sure on the answer to be honest. I think it’s probably because they confirm that the person is really the person signing vs someone random doing it by confirming email address.

    • @heartbehindhustle
      @heartbehindhustle  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Also - it’s necessary for contracts. I don’t know of any way to send a contract and have it be signed unless you have a person print it and then copy it again and then send which is a pain. I think this process just makes it super easy and fast for folks.

      Hi, I work for Adobe! Electronic signatures are legally valid around the world. For more information, see our Global Guide to E-signature Law guide: acrobat.adobe.com/content/dam/doc-cloud/en/pdfs/document-cloud-global-guide-electronic-signature-law-ue.pdf Also check out my channel for more Adobe Sign video demos.

      same laws applies in both the UK, but in australia they require a physical handshake with a witness that also signs to prevent shady practices
