Do not ever discount the power of smiling at someone and saying hi. I discovered the power of this at a young age. When I was in high school I was shocked when I was voted prom king. I remember asking someone why on earth they voted for me over the more popular person. The entire world can use some brightening these days. Go out of your way being kind to others with no expectations in return. Things I do to make it a good day: -Wake up and think about some things I am grateful about -Make sure I make time for family and friends - being constantly mindful
The Prophet Muhammad said: "Wealth is not in having many possessions; rather, true wealth is in the richness of the soul." What a soul, Lana Blakely. So lovable.
I don't know if you'll even get to read my comment but just wanted to say something : I'm 15 from Nepal ( you might not have even heard about our country) , but you can't imagine how you have changed my days. I was in my hard times alone, crying all night, and during the quarentine I didn't even have anyone to talk to. I was turning into a dead soul from a super happy productive girl. And, I'm grateful to you for bringing out my soul back. Watching your videos make me to take social media breaks, journal, and give time to myself. love
A few of my daily habits in the morning are -jumping out of bed as my alarm goes off because my phone is on the other side of the room - dancing to "I'm a believer"- the monkees because that's my alarm - going to the bathroom: brushing teeth, putting on make up - meditating for 5 minutes - doing a 20 min yoga session - going for a walk by the sea ( luckily living next door to the sea at the moment ) - journaling I don't do everything every day. Sometimes I skip parts but these have become things I am looking forward to. Habits I always fall back to. And it feels so easy .. I completely understand how you look forward to putting your jewelry on every day. For me, it's the same with make up. Just enjoy putting it on and it makes me feel ready for the day. And I had to laugh when you mentioned the daily chocolate after lunch. I can so relate to that. LOVE CHOCOLATE. And for some reason I always need to have something sweet after a savory meal.
For me it has been THE year, I’ve lost 65lbs, cleared all my debt, saved more money than in my previous 2 years, spent 2 months away with my family, decided to go back to school and get my masters degree, started running again and done quite a few virtual running challenges. On a different note, I am about to lose my job which means I will finally get the push I needed to find an new job. This time is quite stressful, the fact that I cannot travel as before is not the best and seeing so many of my friends struggling breaks my heart. I did try to help but that’s not much I can do. Looking forward to see what the end of the year will bring and even if it’s bad, I am quite ready! ♥️
My tiny rewards habits I currently have are: - Eat a delicious breakfast - Made my own macchiato coffee (in cold seasons) or iced coffee (in warm seasons) - Find a beautiful outfit to wear for the day, the same morning or the night before, even in the days I have to stay at home - Choose every day some new cozy and chill playlists to hear while I do my work I hope this can helpful to someone
I love how Lana is so honest about her feelings and about her valuing her alone time. Being introverted is viewed as being so abnormal in the world at large. Its a relief to listen to her.
She feels so stable minded compared to other TH-camrs. I like both, but coming here feels like taking a break from TH-cam while still being on TH-cam. If that makes sense lol
I was actually going to put in that I take steaming hot showers before bed, but then I was like nah... I don't want to be a bad influence and be responsible for anyone getting dry a** skin. Lol.
What I do when I try to be healthy in getting a few seconds of coldness at the end of my shower, is that I dance really fast so I don’t feel the sting of the coldness too much lol 😂
- Watching friends or a show that i love while eating in my study breaks is tiny habit that i love.. - Waking up early and being on time is something that i enjoy so much - drawing a mind map before going to sleep, for the complex parts i studied through the day.
I love when someone I just met keeps talking to me using my name. It truly makes my day. So I try to make this a daily habit of mine: whenever I met someone, the first thing I ask is his/her name, and then I try to use it as much as possible, but being cautious not to sound repetitive. Greetings from Brazil, Lana!
I like this! I'm the type of person who forgets the persons name a second after they said it. Trying to become better at actually listening and remembering though!
nah. That is just naive. We are social creatures. It is in your (and their) best interest to care what people think. You cannot just go around and not care about what other people think of you. Stop spreading such pseudophilosophical facebook bullshit...
Dave Hall 😂😂Really? You’re completely missing the point. It’s not about caring for someone or being compassionate. It’s about removing all the negativity from your life and focusing on your happiness and improving your life without taking people’s negative comments into heart. You’re overthinking and making assumptions about what I actually meant.
@@ElysianWorld You can't be blind to negativity. It's often the fuel for self improvement. If you stop caring what people think you'd become a weirdo that nobody wants to be around. Therefore, lonely.
Dave Hall I disagree. Nobody likes a people pleaser or a submissive zombie. That’s a weirdo. If you constantly care what other people think and let their negativity hold you back, you become too limited and afraid of being your true self, and you will never get to where you want to be in life. You will be a prisoner. Truth is you will never be enough for other people no matter what you do. You cannot please everybody and they will always have different opinions about you no matter what you do. You will always do something they don’t like. That’s why you need to stop caring, it’s the only way to prosper, be confident, and be your own person. Or you will be forced to do things that don’t always meet people’s standards. If you are constantly worried about what people are thinking, you will become who they want you to be. In the end, only me knows what’s best for me.
It’s really the little moments and habits in our life that count. When looking back they add up to what makes our everyday life special. Lana you've got the loveliest vibe! Watching content like yours is just really wholesome and inspires me.
I loved the idea of journaling as a spa for your mind, I feel the same! I love how relaxing it can be to write what is bothering me for five minutes and feeling instantly more calm or pathetic. Problems in a sheet of paper always seem smaller than in our head. And, an "hi!" or a smile from a stranger can totally make someone's day :)) My small daily habit for a happier life is a 15 minutes walk every morning before starting my day.
Lana: create your own tiny reward system Me: *celebrates getting up early to work out by eating a big loaf of cornbread paired with cafe con leche every morning*
Daily habits on my side : 1. Wake up, and no phone (I've been off social media for 6 months now). 2. Shower and dress clean 3. Before work : on a note book, write what my ideal day would be (Important tasks, Book to read, etc.) 4. Exercice : I would run 4 to 5 miles or 45 minutes HIIIT exercing 5. Drink plenty of water 6. Spend genuine time with your partner 7. Call your family 8. Cook all your meals (Only go to restaurants to try haute cuisine) 9. Call family
I recently started the habit of having my tea in the evening with a toast, and watching the sunset with my cat. Even in a pretty busy day or a stressed day, I always look forward to that time, to have the peace of mind while sipping my tea and listening to the sound of the nature🍃♥️
Man it's so weird that life is literally about these small things and little moments but we waste all of it planning for the future and anticipating that only when something big happens I shall be truly happy, I have been really feeling like shit for sometime now especially being alone and overthinking a lot but your videos help Lana thanks a lot.
My little thing is that I always looking forward every night, for the breakfast I’ll have the next morning, just simply the fact that I gonna eat my favorite meal as my first thing of my day it always gives me my little gift box of happiness
I do journal and I do love it, but I only do it once every couple of days, because whenever I start writing, my thoughts go berserk and I usually end up writing several pages taking 90+ minutes for it. I just don't have the time to do that every day. But yeah journaling is great. Journaling + Mindfulness + working out (any kind of physical exercise is fine though) are the 3 things I would recommend to anyone. They take time and effort to learn but are really good for you.
INTJ: Planning future jobs and car parts are my daily habits. But driving my car always puts me in a good mood. Especially when people recognize it and give a thumbs up or ask questions.
I like to stretch my body with yoga and pilates first thing in the morning, have lemon water, take a cold shower and decorate my frozen overnight oats with fruits. It makes me feel accomplished. I begin my work, assignments, studies take a break at around 12-1 pm when I take black coffee. It makes me feel really productive & efficient! ♥️
Here in Lithuania if you say 'hi' to someone, they will think you're mistaken them for someone you know, or just be so confused. But I try to smile to people (Still sometimes they're confused haha) I like to read during breakfast. Or watch your videos
I'm totally entranced just watching you talk. Most people may think that's"superficial" but our spirit is manifest in our bodies, our movements, facial expressions, etc. Your most important message for me isn't about the topic, because I've been around long enough to have thought about everything you discuss. It's how you embody.....
Thank you Lana, I worked two jobs seven days a week, I would always dream of many things I could do at home. Now that I switched to one job I'm inspired by all those old dreams. I spend most of my free time now with house organizing and putting in my new yard. I built myself a garage and today I am working on my new driveway and putting up my firewood for the winter. I'm having a good time here. I still work hard like usual.
Honestly you are the first person I have watched on TH-cam to mention greeting people. It makes SUCH an absolute difference - well to me personally anyway. For anyone that has never done it, it is such a simple way to make your day better!
Been waiting for such a video🦋Loving small things leads to loving your entire life. Btw, Lana‘s video is always that missing piece of the puzzle we all try to find to be truly happy!!!
The biggest thing that I’ve started doing that dramatically changed my happiness is having outdoor activities or just fun exercise based stuff throughout my week. Like paddle-board class or bouldering. It’s something to work on, makes me feel stronger and it’s something to look forward to in the evening!
I always look forward to my morning coffee, reading and journaling on the days I'm off from working as a nurse in a hectic environment. But at the same time, during those crazy work days I also look forward to helping others. x
2:33 I nearly spat out my coffee because I thought you said "So for instance one of the first things I do every morning is poop" lol Having downtime to listen to music with a good quality pair of headphones, walking the dog every morning through the woods/river. Working out and seeing progress in the gym. Speaking with family and friends would be my daily habits that give me joy.
One of my habits is waking up at 6am to watch the sun rise on the deck with my coffee and book. I live near the woods so I can hear the wildlife still making soft noises at that time. Very serene! Great video Lana!
Saying hi to a a stranger is a really nice thing, here where i live no one do this, people are assholes....but things that makes me happy are when o give food and water for the stray cats , when i talk and hug my cat , when i listen to mh favorite vinyl record or CD , read a favorite book , sit alone in a coffee house enjoying Soya Cappuccino
People like to talk about traveling back in time they being scared to change one little thing to cause a drastic change into the future; however, we never like to talk about how changing small things in our present can change our future. Love the message in this video Lana! So happy to see your channel growing ❤️
That “oh you’re off too? Let’s take the train together” used to torture me everyday in 2019 when I was heading back home from the university. By the end of the day, I was usually exhausted, taking classes from 9:00 Am to 10:00 Pm is draining, and when I was about to take the bus, I always had a playlist ready to relax me and just clear my head a bit. But then someone appeared and I couldn’t ignore them or leave the behind because I always look for making people feel listened and good. But at the same time I knew I was giving up my only 30 mins of calmness, my home is noisy.
I find happiness in shopping & travel exploring different destinations & enjoying all diversified culture around the globe.. As due to corona virus pandemic can't go outside that often & also my 2 BHK apartment is fully filled with all my shopping stuffs so don't have enough space either.. Now a days I enjoy various cuisines prepared by me at home with my home made coffee while doing work from home 🏡☺️
Small habits that make my days better are : doing my skincare routine in the morning and in the nights, journaling ( I started writing again because of you ), listening to music, cleaning, reading a book, just the fact that I get stuff done through out the day. It makes me happy because I am a really organized person and things like completing a task make me feel accomplished.
I often feel like it's the small things that put a smile on my face! I totally agree with this. And these definitely gotta be according to one's choices! Great job putting your words out there!
Journaling is something I look forward to do in the morning , before doing anything I journal ..and what I love about it is that I keep it simple I day dream when I want to I plan when I need to I complain when I need to ...I do everything there , it's like a friend who is always willing to listen to you without interrupting or making you feel bad about talking a lot Lol , ty so much for your video it was amazing (like always ) ❤
I enjoy waking up early taking my time to make breakfast And sit . my skin care routine and Simply just listening to podcast on my way to work . I enjoy taking walks after work , part of my self care . Journaling and reading
One habit that I do is making up song lyrics. I think it's a great way to express myself in a constuctive way. I've got a book filled with empty wrappers that I jotted down on from one of my previous job. Sometimes inspiration can come from anywhere at anytime. I have had to pull over a few times when I've been driving just so I dont forget lol
I go out for a run almost every morning, and sometimes in the afternoon. I always feel so happy when I get back home, all sweaty and get a shower, have breakfast, and my tea and then I get started with my day. The quarantine actually made my days better because working from home and not having to take the 2-hour traffic every day gives me the time to do this. Now, I plan on copying you and saying hi on the distance to other runners, 'cause I never do it, so wish me luck! P.S. I love your videos. Greetings from Mexico.
One thing I always look foward to is my 100 wishes bucklist which I created a few months ago after getting inspired by Ben Nemtin's Ted talk. It's always the first I see in the morning and the last thing that I see before going to bed.
2:05 you're right 😊 I also realized today that those who have predictable daily habits tend to live longer. For example consistent coffee drinkers, smokers, wine drinkers. You get the picture
When we learn how uncertain life is that is when we understand how little control we have over life. A wise man once said, "an intelligent person never worries on things one cannot control". Whoever is reading this, let us control the things that we can & forget the rest.
lately what has made me happy is going out around 7-8pm and playing with my year old cat outside, we play hangout he runs like crazy around my yard, and we go in he eats and I just pet him..I really enjoy that time and he seems to like it too. :) This year has been so difficult we really do need to find little things that make us happy , and it really is the little things that can make your day :) good video!! thank you!!
What I look forward to: Once a week, your TH-cam video update. Like a lovely fairytale story for adult. Wish I can find my own fairy one day. Everyday, look forward to learning something new. I read a chapter a day. I like to have a relax walk under the mild morning sunshine, and say hi to stray cats resting near the pavement of a small park.
I've recently discovered your channel, and I love your introverted but healthy lifestyle. The story about someone ruining your train ride was funny; I can definitly relate at my work when someone asks me out for lunch. Thank you for sharing your life through these videos. It has helped me during these quiet and tough seasons.
my little things that make me happy everyday: - going to the garden every morning and just standing in the sunrays smiling at the clouds - dancing like crazy to the songs that make me feel alive - painting - sitting at my balcony while listening to the music and watching the city lights with sunset - riding a bike every sunset while listening to the songs that make me feel like the main character in the coming-of-age movie - making playlists that remind me of beautiful memories and moments - commuting by the bus and taking time for myself and looking out the window - spending hours on journaling about everything inside my head - driving by people and imagining what their life is like, what is their story - watching movies with a cup of tea and snacks in my bed!
Ah, Lana! Your content is like my little library that I always go off to :) Your content is so so special and one of a kind! I agree, doing the little things in life can be motivating and boosting no matter how small or big it is.
totally agree on this!! especially during this period, i made sure to incorporate habits to keep my mood up. some include: - waking up earlier and taking the time to have a slow morning to journal and watch the sun rise - replying unread messages in the morning - exercising for at least 15 min everyday - eating whole foods for most of my meals - spending saturday baking and catching up with friends and family - moisturizing my body and face and hair - setting aside a few hours to study and catch up on work -avoiding looking at my phone at night thank you for your insightful videos always and helping me reflect on my own journey. no matter what difficulties you encounter, I hope you too remember to have little joys to push you on. remember how much positive energy you’ve radiate din others, that you’re someone who is so so special :)
It's hard to describe it as a *daily* habit... Because what I and some other people do can change on a *daily* basis aswell, even including the tiny habits. Some day it's just constantly listening to music no matter what the circumstance. Or calling a friend, maybe even facetiming with friends/hanging out with them while simultaneously doing something else, whether it'd be for something productive or just for sheer entertainment purposes. This can lead to multi-tasking, which not only saves large amounts of time but also lets you improve with cognitive abillities. What I also enjoy is genuinely picturing situations of my life that may or may not happen in the near future, preparing myself for what's to come. When I stop studying for a certain time of the day, I still think about it for a bit and how to solve upcoming tasks in the back of my mind.
Great Video Lana You're the only TH-camr I know of who posts content related to Existential Happiness. Everything you say is sooo true!! Much Underrated TH-camr!
when I'm watching your videos, I always find myself savoring every sentence and every word, because you make such broad topics into simple, digestible, and calming videos. I'm so glad I came across this channel, it's already changed me for the better in so many ways
One of the things we forget is that it is never a good time. There will always be something giving us a reason not to make a move. The time is now to follow your dreams. You can do it. 💗 Always love your videos Lana.
Well I also enjoy my jewelry and the chocolate with coffee after lunch, seeing tarot readings at night on youtube and listening to podcasts while I eat my lunch.
I'm glad I found you! I'm learning a lot from you...I have such a noisy neighbor who's renovating house and that makes my life miserable for almost 3years now so to make my life happy for awhile is just to sit down with a cup of coffee and put a earplugs on😬😬🙄
I can't agree more ❤️ Lately even d evening coffee excites me n I look forward to my home workouts nd music. Life can still b enjoyed doing d little things we love nd practicing self care.❤️
I feel safe with people who watch Lana so I wanted to ask something; whenever I set myself some goal, I get so excited but when it's time to actually do something about it, there is just something stopping me. It's like I am used to something and cannot start something new. You know what I mean? If there's anyone that "fixed" this problem please be kind and share it. Anyway, hope everyone has an amazing morning/day/night and upcoming week. Stay safe!
you can divide your goal in 2-3 parts, let's say studies & achieve that at particular time. Push yourself, be your own motivation..if you can't complete everything you planned for, no problem at least do it a little. I hope it helps you.😊
What's one of your tiny daily habits?
Lana Blakely a green tea while attending my classes online 🍵
For me it's breakfast. So much variety of breakfast foods and taking time to prepare it and enjoy it 🙈
My treats are musical, alone time on 🎹 or 🎸... both if I have time.

hope you find ur dream job ✨
Wish the best for u✨✨
My tiny rewards habits I currently have are:
- Eat a delicious breakfast
- Made my own macchiato coffee (in cold seasons) or iced coffee (in warm seasons)
- Find a beautiful outfit to wear for the day, the same morning or the night before, even in the days I have to stay at home
- Choose every day some new cozy and chill playlists to hear while I do my work
I hope this can helpful to someone
Wow alex great. Here I'm feeling low about why I can't be anyone's BestFrnd :(
I love how Lana is so honest about her feelings and about her valuing her alone time. Being introverted is viewed as being so abnormal in the world at large. Its a relief to listen to her.
I was doing homework and cried because of how unhappy I am and now I see this. Thank you ❤️
Keep moving forward!! xx
Stop doing homework, and you'll be happy and way more cooler 😁
Have a great day! 🤠

Who else loves Lana’s personality? 😍
I love her😵
Love her!!
She so gorgeous ❤️🥰
Meee
She feels so stable minded compared to other TH-camrs. I like both, but coming here feels like taking a break from TH-cam while still being on TH-cam. If that makes sense lol
I found that daily cold showers help boost up so much energy! It's so helpful when you're not in the mood to work or get things done
@@melie3054 Omg. Yesssss.
I think Tim Ferris mentioned the same thing ✨
i will try this
- Watching friends or a show that i love while eating in my study breaks is tiny habit that i love..
- Waking up early and being on time is something that i enjoy so much
- drawing a mind map before going to sleep, for the complex parts i studied through the day.
Lana is the inspiration for all introverts who want to start a youtube channel!! :)
Agreed
True
The secret to happiness is to stop caring what other people think.
nah. That is just naive. We are social creatures. It is in your (and their) best interest to care what people think. You cannot just go around and not care about what other people think of you. Stop spreading such pseudophilosophical facebook bullshit...
Yeah, you need to care and be cared for or else you'll be lonely.
This. ❤
I'm feeding my little hamster. This little thing brings my joy every day.
💖 I love playing with my dogs
My little daily habits:
- lighting a candle before bed
- having a coffee and reading a book in the morning
- my nighttime skin care routine
I loved the idea of journaling as a spa for your mind, I feel the same! I love how relaxing it can be to write what is bothering me for five minutes and feeling instantly more calm or pathetic. Problems in a sheet of paper always seem smaller than in our head. And, an "hi!" or a smile from a stranger can totally make someone's day :)) My small daily habit for a happier life is a 15 minutes walk every morning before starting my day.
Lana: create your own tiny reward system
Me: *celebrates getting up early to work out by eating a big loaf of cornbread paired with cafe con leche every morning*
Daily habits on my side :
1. Wake up, and no phone (I've been off social media for 6 months now).
2. Shower and dress clean
3. Before work : on a note book, write what my ideal day would be (Important tasks, Book to read, etc.)
4. Exercice : I would run 4 to 5 miles or 45 minutes HIIIT exercing
5. Drink plenty of water
6. Spend genuine time with your partner
7. Call your family
8. Cook all your meals (Only go to restaurants to try haute cuisine)
9. Call family
That's like the most productive habit list. My ideal day would be this
Your content is so precious and unique. There have to be more people like you, you even inspired me to start my own channel, thank you so much! 🥺❤️

Writing, dancing, reading. My little super relevant daily habits.
Love spontaneous dancing ✨
Small things makes our life special and especially during this times I think a lot of us started to appreciate it more
My little thing is that I always looking forward every night, for the breakfast I’ll have the next morning, just simply the fact that I gonna eat my favorite meal as my first thing of my day it always gives me my little gift box of happiness
But I try to smile to people (Still sometimes they're confused haha)
I like to read during breakfast. Or watch your videos
Labas, I’m Kingsley from Africa. The same thing happens sometimes here.
I'm totally entranced just watching you talk. Most people may think that's"superficial" but our spirit is manifest in our bodies, our movements, facial expressions, etc. Your most important message for me isn't about the topic, because I've been around long enough to have thought about everything you discuss. It's how you embody.....
I love how honest and humble you are❤️
I love how calm you are
Thank you Lana, I worked two jobs seven days a week, I would always dream of many things I could do at home.
Mine:
Pray, Gratitude Meditation, Drink Water, & I write one gratitude, one thing I love, and one positive affirmations everyday.
I always look forward to my morning coffee, reading and journaling on the days I'm off from working as a nurse in a hectic environment. But at the same time, during those crazy work days I also look forward to helping others. x
2:33 I nearly spat out my coffee because I thought you said "So for instance one of the first things I do every morning is poop" lol
Having downtime to listen to music with a good quality pair of headphones, walking the dog every morning through the woods/river.
Wow! That is my dream. How lucky you are.
Something that I look forward to every morning is drinking a hot cup of tea. It warms my soul❤️
honestly a warm cup of almost everything brings me joy :) x
Tea is such an underestimated joy. ❤
I'm implementing the habit of taking a little nap after lunch. It really is so relaxing and gives me a lot more of energy for the rest of the day
People like to talk about traveling back in time they being scared to change one little thing to cause a drastic change into the future; however, we never like to talk about how changing small things in our present can change our future.
It's 11pm here in Indonesia and your video is my perfect lullaby, it giving me a lot of chill.
I like getting up early, reading and I adore looking out my window and listening to music. I feel at peace.
My daily habit is starting off my morning with: meditation, celery juice, then coffee
I don't have a juicer yet but I'm definitely hopping on the celery-juice train once I move!
I look forward to receiving my amazon packages with stuff I don’t need 🥰
Just wanted to let you know you are amazing and NEVER stop being as down to earth as you are! Wish you the very best.
I just meditate everyday. It helps me a lot to find peace and to deal with negative energy.
🙌🏻🤗
I enjoy waking up early taking my time to make breakfast And sit . my skin care routine and Simply just listening to podcast on my way to work .
I enjoy taking walks after work , part of my self care .
Journaling and reading
One habit that I do is making up song lyrics. I think it's a great way to express myself in a constuctive way. I've got a book filled with empty wrappers that I jotted down on from one of my previous job. Sometimes inspiration can come from anywhere at anytime. I have had to pull over a few times when I've been driving just so I dont forget lol
Cuppa tea, journaling, meditation, painting, bedtime stories with my kids, listening to interesting podcasts, watering plants in balcony..
watching your videos makes me happier
Whoever is reading this, let us control the things that we can & forget the rest.
very true my friend! ♾️💜 🙏
lately what has made me happy is going out around 7-8pm and playing with my year old cat outside, we play hangout he runs like crazy around my yard, and we go in he eats and I just pet him..I really enjoy that time and he seems to like it too. :) This year has been so difficult we really do need to find little things that make us happy , and it really is the little things that can make your day :) good video!! thank you!!
You are actually helping us from our stressful minds a lott more than you know, thanks a lott❤️
warms my heart :)
What I look forward to:
Once a week, your TH-cam video update. Like a lovely fairytale story for adult. Wish I can find my own fairy one day.
Everyday, look forward to learning something new. I read a chapter a day. I like to have a relax walk under the mild morning sunshine, and say hi to stray cats resting near the pavement of a small park.
Literally just being able to get a meal from my favorite restaurant after every workout, helps me get up every day.
I've recently discovered your channel, and I love your introverted but healthy lifestyle. The story about someone ruining your train ride was funny; I can definitly relate at my work when someone asks me out for lunch. Thank you for sharing your life through these videos. It has helped me during these quiet and tough seasons.
my little things that make me happy everyday:
- going to the garden every morning and just standing in the sunrays smiling at the clouds
- dancing like crazy to the songs that make me feel alive
- painting
- sitting at my balcony while listening to the music and watching the city lights with sunset
- riding a bike every sunset while listening to the songs that make me feel like the main character in the coming-of-age movie
- making playlists that remind me of beautiful memories and moments
- commuting by the bus and taking time for myself and looking out the window
- spending hours on journaling about everything inside my head
- driving by people and imagining what their life is like, what is their story
- watching movies with a cup of tea and snacks in my bed!
Watching your videos is one of my simple sweet habit that clears my head and makes my day!! 🦋
creating good habits sets the foundation for a balanced life. Great video Lana!
yes! thank you Reyna :)
Honestly, I watch your one video at least before I even start my day. It feels comfortable, and soothing

"my little library" ahh I love that haha! thank you :)
totally agree on this!! especially during this period, i made sure to incorporate habits to keep my mood up. some include:
- waking up earlier and taking the time to have a slow morning to journal and watch the sun rise
- replying unread messages in the morning
- exercising for at least 15 min everyday
- eating whole foods for most of my meals
- spending saturday baking and catching up with friends and family
- moisturizing my body and face and hair
- setting aside a few hours to study and catch up on work
-avoiding looking at my phone at night
thank you for your insightful videos always and helping me reflect on my own journey.
no matter what difficulties you encounter, I hope you too remember to have little joys to push you on. remember how much positive energy you’ve radiate din others, that you’re someone who is so so special :)
Your videos are so calming
It's hard to describe it as a *daily* habit... Because what I and some other people do can change on a *daily* basis aswell, even including the tiny habits.
Some day it's just constantly listening to music no matter what the circumstance.
Or calling a friend, maybe even facetiming with friends/hanging out with them
while simultaneously doing something else, whether it'd be for something productive or just
for sheer entertainment purposes.
Great Video Lana
You're the only TH-camr I know of who posts content related to Existential Happiness.
Everything you say is sooo true!!

I second that
Giving charity is one the greatest thing for happiness
my tiny habits I look forward to these day are my rare cooking times, 15 min slow stretching routine and fresh feeling after showering 😁
when I'm watching your videos, I always find myself savoring every sentence and every word, because you make such broad topics into simple, digestible, and calming videos. I'm so glad I came across this channel, it's already changed me for the better in so many ways
One of the things we forget is that it is never a good time. There will always be something giving us a reason not to make a move. The time is now to follow your dreams. You can do it. 💗 Always love your videos Lana.
Beautifully put! Yes! It’s never a good time, or the right time... or never ready...
We keep moving forward anyway ✨🙌🏻
Well I also enjoy my jewelry and the chocolate with coffee after lunch, seeing tarot readings at night on youtube and listening to podcasts while I eat my lunch.
i completely forgot about tarot! great idea :)
Prayer, regular exercise reading, Learning something new, and ASMR or Meditation on the porch to unwind.
this video is what i need! ^^
1. Doing my morning/night skincare
2. Making myself a cup of cold brew in the morning.
3. Thinking about what I’ll cook for lunch
Anyway,
hope everyone has an amazing morning/day/night and upcoming week. Stay safe!
Im struggling with this too😫 Im sending a ton of love down your way though, and I hope you find something that works for you💜☺️
you can divide your goal in 2-3 parts, let's say studies & achieve that at particular time. Push yourself, be your own motivation..if you can't complete everything you planned for, no problem at least do it a little. I hope it helps you.😊
