in indonesia we call that corn cheese pancake, "bakwan jagung" it's pretty similar but in indonesia it is a savory dish so we dont eat it with the condence milk😅😄

@@s.9806 it’s a thick syrupy milk basically the water from the milk has been removed. You can buy it sweet (for desserts) or unsweetened for anything. It’s nice but just weird. It depends on your tastebuds
