I took care of a little lady an it's hard on them when u ask them questions,they get so confused trying to figure out what it means,so the reason he answers is to make her more at ease.Thats why she smiles when he does it.Just saying.
@regeniawilliams2965 It's the repetitive questions by him that are agitating her to begin with. Ive worked in a nursing home for 15 yrs. Grilling an elderly person for the camera isn't kind or fun.
