If you live in the Silicon Valley, please be aware that Kaiser Santa Clara is a stroke center for Kaiser and they have organized a trauma team to meet you in the ER for rapid triage. I got there too late for the immediate medication, but it still helps.

I totally agree about mapping your recovery the recovery that would have been helpful for me I felt so lost for a long time and still do 2 yrs out
