TESCO & LIDL GROCERY HAUL ~ FAMILY OF 5 💙Last week I did a huge Tesco shop for our family of 5 so this week I needed a lot less shopping. I did have to visit Lidl as well as Tesco as there were a few things I just couldn't get!

Love your videos. Great food haul. We tend to find that aldi and Lidl are well stocked compared to Asda etc. I say we I should say my husband I haven't been out in nearly 6 weeks. Your videos bring a sense of normality. Xxxx
I am finding lidl better although the fruit and vegetables don't stay fresh as long. Take care and stay safe 💗

Just discovered the channel when searching for new slow cooker recipes
Great ideas
ive only ventured to shop 2 times since lockdown as ive managed to get deliveries. Went to asda last night at around 8.30pm no queue and was very quiet and picked up some cheap easter eggs. I probably spend more getting deliveries so thinking going forward going to go out and get shopping myself as live local to both a lidl and an aldi which i love. Just discovered your channel this morning and already subscribed

@@Victoria_Foulger Hi , Rainbow mash is potatoes carrots parsnips swede and peas cooked altogether in a big saucepan , when they are cooked drain of the water add butter or margarine mash well in and serve , hope you try and enjoy 👍 PS

Your meals sound delicious. I've got an Asda click and collect for Sunday. Already stressed as my list is growing of items not in stock!!! I'm lucky I freeze everything and get a fruit and veg box from a local farm so I can get inventive.
My brother in law went to a couple of stores and bought a whole bunch of meat, and we have a saver and had a bunch of bags , so we put up 12 bags of chicken , 10 bags of huge steaks and a few pork roast, and 15 package of Hamburger, so we have enough meat for months.Love your hauls, and your prices are so low.

@@Victoria_Foulger I just chuck everything in now it's probably better to taste as you go. I find the parmesan and double cream too much so I've swapped that out for single cream, mozzarella and a bit of parmesan. It's one of those dishes where you can just change things up to suit your taste 😁

I'm off to google marry me chicken. lol . I tried your hassleback jacket potatoes with pepperoni yesterday. They were a huge hit. My 16 year old wanted me to do them again today! my husband said the house smelt like a Florida food court (a good thing) lol
Definitely a good thing! Glad they were a hit, it's not easy to please teenagers 😂

A member of staff said between 6pm and seven it is so quiet in there. Not sure if it's the same everywhere but worth considering 💗

I love your channel and your recipes have followed so many and they were amazing but please check the ingredients on your Tesco Eastman ham etc I thought we were being so healthy and saving ourselves so much money until someone on another channel pointed out what's in it ... Hardly any actual meat at all 😒 and so much salt I feel bad for buying it for my daughter but on a great side at least you got eggs !! I have been to every one of our local shops to avoid driving and still can't get eggs !! X

I have a question it's my birthday next week and I dont like the idea of a takeaway right now and thought about making my own kebabs I have made ones previously but with yogurt to marinade. I dont have any yogurt and don't want to go to the shop just for that, so I was wondering if you had any ways to marinade chicken in what spices to make a yummy kebab style chicken? Thank you in advance I thought you would be the best person to ask🙈
I often marinate chicken without yogurt, do have tandoori seasoning? Or lemon juice, garlic (powder is fine) chilli powder and salt and pepper? I use whatever I have in the cupboard and just mix it together. Hope you manage to find something 💙

Coconut oil can increase energy levels, improve skin and coat, improve digestion, and reduce allergic reactions. French Bulldogs are prone to skin problems so we do our best to prevent them 🐶
I’ve still managed to get my Ocado slots but it is a bit of a con because they’re not really doing any offers and everything is full price which has never been the case before
I read that it was to discourage stockpiling, if they have buy one get one free, people will automatically take two if they need them or not. It is making shopping harder though 💙
@@Victoria_Foulger That makes sense, personally I prefer the Tesco model of keeping the deals and limiting certain items to max 3 and the overall basket to 80 items. I will certainly be happy when the kids can safely go back to school and I don't have to buy a million snacks!

I'm surprised you went back out for butternut squash and chicken... Couldn't you have bought something else and made different dinners? Sorry if I sound rude but it just really surprises me.
No it's okay, I wouldn't have gone just for those things but there were other items I couldn't find in Tesco including a lot of stuff on my parents shopping list (they are high risk so can't go themselves)
