whats the point? only worth goin back if you can go inside. there was fk all goin on here. little tiny sporadic noises here and there that were probably perfectly explainable!! dont think I'm hating cos ido enjoy what you do and yes i do believe in spirits but I'm also a skeptic to a degree and there was nowt goin on here!

I've been following how things are going there. I'm truly sorry, it's bad. Things are crazy here too but not quite as bad as what you're all dealing with there, yet. You could be hearing one of those devices that emits a certain frequency that on kids can hear, it’s design to deter kids from going near buildings and areas to stop vandalism.

Haunted Finders have done this children home on more than one occasion with great success. It was a children's home..
It opened as a private school from July 2008 until May 2016, before that it was a farm house and then a bnb. It has 1 reported death on the site from the old lady that lived there back in the 1920s I believe.
The land has alot of history and is reported to be very haunted 👍

Obviously its important to note there is no evidence linking k2 meters with ghost .. I'm very sceptical not in ghost but the equipment especially ghost tube it's something I would use with mates for a laugh

when haunted finders go there they stay at the top if the driveway away from house because the spirits of the kids are scared of someone in the house. the kids hang in the bush/ woods at top.

Ok just watched a 3 hour plus video of 30 east drive. And I was going to post a comment, but can't find it in my just watched videos library. Just disappeared. Anyway I just wanted to say that place is way too quiet. A Australian lady was on her own for a while. You would expect to hear the wooden floorboards to creak a bit, especially when the gas boiler is working. No idea if the central heating was on but expect it isn't when dale did a vigil. And he had a thick jacket on. Anyway maybe us humans scare spirits, think about it, if a spirit can see us, they are going to be wondering what your doing there. And wondering if your there to whatever. I remember as a child going in the living room and some people was there I had never seen before and I was very apprehensive thinking they were not suppose to be there. Also I think that lady with the crazy machine is just winging it. Sorry I just get that feeling.
