Glad you’re enjoying them! I do briefly discuss the difference between solid points and wire nibs in this video toward the beginning: Woodburning for Beginners [7 Tips I Wish I Knew] th-cam.com/video/lqcl9vx7VR0/w-d-xo.html Hope that helps!
Glad my videos are helping! I like to test out my burners heat levels on a scrap piece of wood. Then when I move to the real project piece, I start at a lower heat than I need and move up as needed

I am about to complete my 2nd pyro projected with a the 40 dollar burner I got off amazon, I love the soo much I ordered a razortip sk. I have those 2 projects up on my channel here...Dragon's Hoard Design.
Just started wood burning and your videos are so helpful!!!
That means so much to me!!! Thank you!
Looking at what each tip can and can't do is great, Makes it easier to chose the correct tip right off.
That’s exactly what I was hoping for 🔥🙌
I’m also new to this hobby. I want to ask how you decide what temperature to use?
Hello, beautiful videos. Do you have a video explaining differences between nibs and the solid ones?

Tank you 😊
Hey great video. Will yoube showing a project and show tip and heat level?
You mean share a project showing what tip I used and heat level? That is definitely on my list of videos to make 🙌
I’m doing projects once a month now showing that! 🔥 🎉 Here’s the latest one: Woodburning Project Tutorial: Seasonal Blocks Mantle Decor

are you burning with the grain or against the grain
Both. The wood grain is going up and down, so when I move the nib up and down, that’s when I’m burning with the grain.
What temp are you using.
I believe it was a medium or medium high heat. It says it in the video usually right before I start burning.
