Tom’s an example of a teacher who grew into his role (with pastoral ethos thrown in for good measure along the way) as the series went on. When he was first in it he was horribly insensitive and incompetent at his job so it’s not like he was always a model-teacher.
@@sukhdevr3489 I believe that’s caused by his drunken mother, I like the way he behaves and considering how the real world is I learnt a lot from that character
@@sukhdevr3489 yes but Marley is different, drunk parents affect children differently and they all have different dads, so would be different reactions some have controlled behaviours others suffering depression why like Earl could be damaged inside, such as when he entered Masons office he said “I’m not listening to this again” and when his mother turned up at the school causing a scene he got angry, I will always class Earl as my favourite his the best to me
Yes he was a damaged and disturbed kid, but you can't seriously justify psychopathic behaviour on that basis, let alone glorify him. Look at how well Sam and Denzil turned out under the same circumstances. Earl was never interested in making things better for himself or anyone else, including his family. The sad thing is that Earl was actually pretty smart and capable, and he showed that even in his final class. Unfortunately he was too unhinged to make good use of it.
@@H.K.5 So was Max; he was essentially the outlaw of teachers. I imagine he would have thrown Earl against a cabinet like he did Phillip, only Earl would fight back, lose, and then Max would exclude him.
I find it funny how Earl just casually grabs a teacher by the collar. Lol
And threatens to shoot them and just gets let off lmao
I find it very rude and annoying, Earl is the worst student
The rivalry between Tom and Earl was legendary
The feud between Earl and Tom was the highlight of series 4.
Series 4 died right after Earl's character was dissolved 🥲
Every school deserves a teacher like Tom

Always wished Jack rimmer was still headmaster when Earl was in it, would of been interesting to see how he dealt with him
Probably try and give him the Lewis Seddon treatment.
Chase him round the room, flip a few tables and exclude him.
@@rorymckernan8502 That wouldn't have worked on Earl. He was far more vicious than Lewis who was basically a coward.
@@H.K.5 that's true. If rimmer did that to Earl. Earl would probably laugh in his face
@@rorymckernan8502 Earl was a far more formidable figure than that tosspot 🤣
If he lost his Shute with Lewis Seddon and Earl was clearly worse.
Earl, Jack, guaranteed at least one of them would've ended up dead.
Season 4 tom is sooo fit I can’t even 👀
Well he is a PE teacher after all
@ilikebacon Isn't he both?
@ilikebacon Oh you're right
Earl just sleeping was funny 😂
Wonderful actor. He and Maxine made the season
Earl's favourite hobby: slamming people into lockers and hurting them!
2:23 GO ON CLARKSON, LAD!!!
My guy bullied bullies 😂
Nasty piece of work.
Earl is my most favourite of all
Why? He's selfish and arrogant.

@@eddieconner2274 No, his brother Marley is humble and obviously from the same mother.

Honestly I think Grantly was the voice of reason in that episode.
What's the name of the soundtrack 0:54-9
What a legend
well I have another Ten Minutes but you carry on don’t let me bother you 😂
Trust me you don’t wanna know 😂
2:44 love that music does anyone know the song
this is when things start to get nasty. Earl is landing himself into trouble once more. he seems to be looking for trouble. enough.
4:09 modern day Travis Bickle
Or no
Poor Tom 😢
I’ve always wandered how Max Tyler would have dealt with Earl
Or Jack Rimmer.
Max Tyler would have no time for students like Earl Kelly
Max wouldn't have stood a chance against Earl. Earl didn't care about the rules, he was practically an outlaw.

@@Grandmaster_Dragonborn I’m not sure who’d win in a fight between Earl and Max tbh
Tom Clarkson Was Being Threatened 😢
Wonder how Max would have dealt with Earl
