Hi Paul so sad I missed this live session. If an Irrevocable Trust owns a life insurance policy on the grantor and the monthly insurance payments come from the grantors bank account, do these payments count as trust income triggering an income tax event or is this just trust funding?

Is the income you're referencing a dividend from a permanent life insurance policy (universal, whole life, etc.)?
