This series has to be right up there as the best racing available anywhere. They always deliver.
Because they actually race for green backs and not measuring your 🐓 against another human.
Plus racing with less fear of 100k in damages does wonder to the subconscious

I hate spec series, not a Miata fan, saw these guys race at an IMSA event as a support race, holy crap did I love every second of the race, these guys are insane and talented. Pretty sure they have a bowl of methamphetamine flakes and high fructose corn syrup for breakfast before the race! And the noise, loved it, bring your earplugs if you ever watch these guys live.
That six second recovery, absolutely bonkers!
I honestly love this series. Would love to see this + something like an m2 cup multiclass race one day. Would be alot of fun.

More exciting than any F1 race in recent memory! What a drive from that #5 car.
Only F1 race that comes to mind from recent history is Singapore 23. And I’m really only talking about the last 15 or so laps, this is far more entertaining

The fact that they don't even show it on Peacock together with the other IMSA-sanctioned series is ludicrous.
@@eccentricgamer4111 Some (and I stress some) of the support series usually shows up 1-3 weeks later on CNBC weekend mornings. I believe NBC also does their own commentary (maybe delayed?) with some segments removed for time (even if a race is over X time, if the allotted time is 60m, you only get 60m of coverage.)

Little Mazdas on a classic track and in full HD. Is there a better way to start the seebring weekend? i am thinking, no.
That track sure does bring back some good memories for me. My playground on weekends when I went to work with my dad at the old Lesco building over by Webster Turn in the 70's early 80's.
What a wicked drag race to the finish....it illustrated the difference in performance with and without the effect of drafting behind other vehicles👌

Just a slight correction, the 787B was a four rotor for future reference, great commentary for the race though!

I think it is interesting that Max Verstappen plays this race on iRacing. I think he really likes it and can see him coming over to run this after F1 is over. Just for fun.
