vk3601h will remain a medium tank in my heart forever
Skill has finally come to his senses and realizes which is the only tier worth playing in what is left of World Of Tanks.
T-150, VK36 and M6 all seem epic to me, but I think the M6 has a higher skill requirement because the other two can use their armor better. Overall I like the T-150 best.
but M6 has really beginner friendly gun handling
The turret of the M6 got a buff in the last year and will bounce some shots.

M6 is also more mobile
For me Churchil is very good
I used to play tons of VK3601 back when T6 tank companies were popular. It was nice for having a good gun handling compared to the meta KV-1S (when it had the 122mm) and KV-85. Also, back then, I remember then VK3601 had over 1000hp engine and was labelled a medium tank. However, it never had good armor and still doesn't. These days I can't see how folks think VK3601 is at the same power level as a M6 (for gun handling), T150 or Churchill 7 (for armor that is actually worth something) or even ARL 44 (assuming you're spamming gold with the 105mm gun). IMHO without the powerful engine the VK3601 used to have when it was labelled a medium tank, I feel like it's a 3 star heavy that's just got a big HP pool and decent gun handling
I remember playing the LTTB when it had only 3 degrees gun depression. You’d be on a “flat” road and you couldn’t bring your gun to bear.
Looking forward to the index update for how to grind and which guns are good on the tank. The website is just so usefull.
I really liked the VK 30.01P. 3 marked it in 54 games. I haven't tried the 36.01H but will be picking it up as another T6 monster!
You are going to love it, it truly is a monster.
Had a lot of fun years ago in the T-150, it was really strong and dominated the tier, not in a KV-1S of old type of way but when played correctly.
Been playing WoT for over 10 years, quit multiple times and came back, but this time I've gone away hopefully for good, the BZ in tier 8 was the straw that broke the camel's back.
Agreed on the BZ. It's better than many tier IX vehicles, so perhaps they should bump it up one tier.
The new '68 Reward Tank from the Battlepass can stand toe-to-toe with the BZ, trading quite effectively, and ram with even effectiveness.
Ultimately I lost the duel, but I was already damaged and RNG sent one shot into orbit. That said, HEAT vs their Lower Plate and Cupola gives them pause for thought. =)
The bz isn't that bad to fight just handle it like any other big gun strong turret tank. Like the rockets make it somewhat broken sure but it's not like the thing can't be penned or the gun would be super sniper accurate sur have in to play against something comparable to a t30 at t8 isn't super fair but stronger t8 is not new at all things like the list and the LP where in the game for jears and they are also basically t9 at t8 still no one seems to complain about them as much.
TLDR if big gun aims at corner you don't peek corner that easy

The best part is at the end when he looks at the statistics and the player has played 16k battles in Lefh. 😆
How does anyone play that many games in that Arty and remain sane? They must be either dumb as a brick or, I guess, they're not sane.
(Says someone who pretty much plays light tanks exclusively and his favorite tier six light tank is a T21. Love must be blind.)

Skill it was the D-25T, which was the first gun on the IS3
ty skill for being so chill, even in rage inducing moments. You're just a really good sport, no matter what happens in battle.

I 3 MoEd the Tvp Vtu in the middle of the buffs so it was definitely better to play with it after the buffs, so the 3GM was easier 😊

Hi Skill, great content but from a beginner friendliness perspective I see that you are rating these tanks (I mean the tech-tree tanks), based on the final setup module wise. Might I suggest an additional 'beginner friendliness rating for the actual grind?... How hard is the grind to get the tank to elite status?.. etc.
I see that for some tanks it is rated really well but I found them frustrating etc while I was trying to get them to the same level as you have them.
Not everyone is at your level or even close when you are staring off. I know it is impossible to cater for everyone but I think that seeing an awesome or good rating on your site and then playing with the tank at the start (stock etc and grind the modules) it is a completely different story and experience).
There are some tanks with way too many guns etc that you need to get through before enjoyment :)
Vk 30.01 p is ment to be a medium tank but wargaming change it so the gameplay more suited to tiger p

I play with 390 alpha gun on Kv-85 and i have so fun shredding lower or equal tiers. Pen is good but gun handling and gun depression are a nighmare!

@@adioperta1451 16 sec reload Is not a big problem, in close combat you pen all the shots so it's a better Kv2 😆
M6 is excellent and the 50% penetration increase with gold is a big reason - would expect that to get nerfed at some point. In tier 7 & 8 matches I only shoot gold
TVP VTU with 88,8 cm gun must be quite amah-zing though :) :) :)

I'm sure quite few Baboons we have here, who remember it, but when VK 36.01H was callsified as a medium, that's when it was really srtong. It used to be one of the best T6 tanks overall

dang tier 6, i was hoping tier 7 so skill could redo KV-3, been asking for 19 days so far. Lets hope he gets the time soon.
Kv-85 was onces the best tank ever i loved it with 390 alpha and then tier 6’s had less hp so it slaped to hard
Where is the pinnacle of tier 6 heavies the O-I?? Definitely one of my favorite tanks with 600 dmg at tier 6
Vk 30 01 p was S+ tier when it was a medium....now it's A tier at best imo. M6 and T 150 are the best tech tree tier 6 heavies currently
TOG is not so bad as it used to be in the past.
HP, turbo and vents (or rammer) with a good crew and a couple banned maps and you can have a nice session in a TOG.
Sure. On a defensive Arty safe position you block a corner with just 1 teammate. But its team dependent. Of you have some teammates with brains that push the other flank its an easy win.
I agree. I actually had fun with it since I got it from the twitch token store and played with it for fun. Also with Turbo and durability device.
I never before ever thought about playing this tank, since well everybody yells that it sucks.
The gun is pretty good. Fires pretty fast and decent pen and accuracy. One one one it will go though any T6 with still half your HP left.
Yes is slow. Has no armor and Arty will eat you alive and you'll have to be careful with KV-2, but any low tiers that just sits in front of it underestimating it will end up in the garage pretty quickly.
KV 85 is nowadays just bad. -3 gun depression is horrible enough. The gun itself isn't to bad. But the real deal breaker is the inability to even sidescrape duo to the turret mount on the hull providing a weak spot before you can even fire back.
Tank could need some love.

What are the best russian or chninese Tanks for Bounce-Mission?
Sidescrape a obj 705A, reverse sidescrape obj 257 and i guess you can bounce allot in any situation in the Obj 279 variants.
i played churchills and black prince before buffs, armor was good but abysmal gun choice kills these tanks and post buffs this gets slightly better but still tanks suck
best of 3:
1. churchill 1 because 135 alpha works for that tier and only weakness is turret and upper front plate which can be hidden with proper angling
2. black prince because you can get blueprints for Caernarvon before you get to the heavy line
3. churchill 7 because alpha sucks for the tier and in that tier many tanks have solid penetration to deal with you
bonus: churchill 3 is under russian flag as a premium but it is basically churchill 1 which makes money but has a matilda gun which churchill can also have
see i would use much ,more "colorful" language to describe the lack of gun deprssion on the KV85
VK 36 is best tier 6 1v1 tank.
Usable armor with good gun and a lot of HP.
Easy win in tournamests tier 6 1v1.
tiger 131 is highly underrated
The armor is paper, the tank is really slow, and the gold pen is bad for t8s. Average is a solid rating.
The 131 is the VK36.01, but twice as wide, a fraction of the mobility, and with less HP
@@benruss4130 you can easily make credits with it, it has better turret armor, good crew trainer, ammo capacity is higher so its better for blind shots, dispersion values are better, engine power higher. you can write whole essay on why tiger 131 is better.
VK 3001P is a better tank because it has better turret armor and gun depression.

Skill you hit the nail on the head on why I dont mark tanks. I can dominates battles in Heavys but I love playing paper tanks, mostly lights, and I try to challenge myself in paper tanks 80% of the time. And I don't take pubs seriously enough from start to finish. I have carried games in CWs even with paper mediums but in pub games I just can't make myself care enough. My CW stats are good and my CWs WR is in the mid 70s percentage over hundreds of games randoms my WR is 51%. I don't platoon either so Im just doomed lol. My best overall stat tanks ironically is the Leo 1 and Batchat.

Maybe because Im a console player, but I just dont get the love skill has for the M6. I see an M6 in game, I just think free damage. I have much more respect for the VK and its gun.

SKILL, every tank that I play I get Marked in, I get Marked by the enemy shells and blown up . Skill4U is it bad to run out so the entire enemy team can see me? I think I need a new strategy. What say you?

He was using it correctly because he wasn't saying: "of". Skill, like most English speakers, was pronouncing "have" in an abbreviated fashion. It's much the same as "the". We almost never use its full version. The appropriate printed versions of those pronunciations are: "should've", "could've", and "would've". So next time you should think before you comment.
