In this video I show you how I make the head of a young's character.
I want to clarify that I was also inspired by the video tutorial of the artist "Stecca", a very good sculptor, and I also put my own into the modeling.

Wie lange dauert es ,im Durchschnitt , bis es bei Anfängern ebenfalls klappt ?

HI! it is normal that there may be some errors at the beginning. I used to make them too a while ago! don't be discouraged! Do you know how many heads I tossed in the trash before I came up with a more decent one like this? many, believe me. you also need to get familiar with the pasta, choose the one that best suits your characteristics. for example, having cold hands, I feel good with a soft pasta like cosclay soft. also try in every way to have light hands and not press the dough. just a little trick and patience and you'll see that you'll make it too. ❤️❤️❤️

Grazie mille 🙏 no non è facile, soprattutto quando devi aggiungere dettagli piccoli 😰, ci vuole un bel po' di pratica e pazienza soprattutto, e vorrei essere d' aiuto per chi ha appena cominciato a modellare e non sa come iniziare come era successo anche a me appunto, all'inizio. 🙏 Grazie ancora!
Do you use an armature inside your head sculptures? I've tried it with and without, but by the time I get to the details of the face I'm trying to sculpt, the head still gets deformed and I find myself constantly reshaping the same lump of clay! I'm not an artist, just a bored retired person who wants to learn something new!
HI! then i don't use armor as base. The one I model is all solid clay. In reality I always and only take it from the extremes, the skull and under the jaw, my luck is having cold and light hands, I don't put heavy pressure on the face, you also have to be very careful to always keep the same position of the fingers. My method is certainly more complicated, but having this luck, I use this one. Maybe I'll post another method later. It also depends a lot on the type of polymer clay you are working with, I use the Cosclay soft, and based on my characteristics I find it very good as it is very modelable without having to press too much on the details etc ... I hope I have been helpful in explaining . Good day. 🙏
