One problem though. Everytime I aim at someone's head whenever I try to click my hand will move sideways faster than the speed of sound and miss.
decrease your sens
normal cs sens for valorant, i suggest trying 400dpi .628
Try binding shoot to space bar that's what a lot of people with twitching problems do
If you wanna get good at valorant, play other fps games, skills do carry over, and changing your mental state from one game to another can reduce fatigue on one game and cause you to perform better.
since the spray pattern drifts up and slightly to the right, to get a tighter more accurate spray counter that by aiming down and slightly to the left (for the 1st 7-8 bullets)
The deadzone according to me is better used while peeking with op rather than in countersraifing

@@CiferIVno its not. Counter strafing is stopping your movement by pressing the other key which doesnt exist in valorant, bc just letting go already does that. Deadzoning is not stopping your movement, it lets you shoot accurately while moving
@@claytongreenlee7808 you're wrong about counter strafing not existing. counter strafing does exist, but it just makes such a little difference that most players dont even use it in valorant.
Aiming is one of multiple key assets to being good in valorant. Most popular aim, if you're aiming is good you can maybe get to Platt maybe gold. if you use these tactics you might get to dia one two or three. but if you really want to get to radiant, you will have to get good at game sense, positioning, and comming. like if you're in school if you're good at math that doesn't mean you're going to get the best grades overall in all your classes you have to get good in all of your classes to get amazing grades overall. In short words, pratcice practice practice!

Ong bro i didn't know the strafe nor the pre-fire yet or atleast, my pre-fire isnt the best. I always thought the strafe was horizontal movement and then hold shift
basically once you’re good at it you can hold d to swing around a corner to the right and at a certain point hold the A key and there’s a timing where you can shoot accurately while also moving back towards cover, there’s also the poppin swing which i wouldn’t worry about for now

@@Lotsof_FPSthey are completely different things, counter strafing is about completely stopping your movement and gives same advantage as just letting go a key. Deadzoning is a component of gunfight pattern where you not only move to throw off enemy's crosshair, but also shoot in accurate moment, but it is about shooting while moving. Yes, you can just let go, but it is not very intuitive to grasp the exact moment when you are fully accurate, so I suggest to learn deadzoning to better understand when to shoot after letting go a key
counter strafing is a thing you should not learn if you don't already do it by habit from cs, since in valorant it gives no practical benefit over just letting go a key. If I were to compare that to deadzoning, they are completely different as deadzoning is shooting while moving, while first one is about shooting while standing still. Deadzoning is good when you are in motion, but want to give yourself extra time to reset your crosshair and probably make enemy to miss their first bullet (or make them readjust as well). If you have crosshair on them and you are sure that you will kill them, just let go the movement key and shoot. All of that and decision depends on how you want to handle a gunfight and what pattern suits you well, as you want to be unpredictable, calm and confident on your gun hygiene.
Counter strafing is not a thing in valorant, don’t worry about it
the deadzoning demonstration was wrong, u have to let go of the direction u were moving originally otherwise its actually slower than just letting go of the key.
How to do it correctly?
A lot of ppl don’t know about the aim pull down thing lol
The phantom is down and slightly left vandal is down and slighty right
Quick tip: set your crouch to equip melee button and practice in a few games so you lose the habbit of crouch spraying and go for bursts

@@michaelyt2317just don’t crouch in long range fights. In low elo crouching and spamming makes your enemies have an easier time of shooting your head since their crosshair is on the ground. If you look in vct, they mostly crouch spray because they don’t take longer range fights, but when they do you realise that they are not crouching.

I have a laptop with Ryzen 5 3500 and gtx 1050.
When i start valorant and get in a match it have 120-160 fps but it gradually decreases to 50-70 fps (sometimes 40-50) in 30 minutes .
What should I do???

Idk what dead zoning is and I dont have good crosshair placement. But that last one I use all the time. Even after the first few bullets you can guess where the next few will be by looking at where the last one went.

@@NethanielMC "there is no spray pattern on the vandal or phantom". I get what you're doing. You're trying to compare it to CS which has the same type of randomness in their own spray patterns. There is a pattern to the vandal and phantom and the first 8 bullets are just the easiest and most consistent to control, you can control the entire clip with like 70% accuracy at medium range, 95% acc close range, and significantly drops off at far range. Similar to CS. AK in cs shoots 9.75rounds/sec while vandal is 10rounds/sec resulting in a more spread out effect when between bullets. imagine slicing a blinking laser across the screen, ofc the fast the laser blinks the more likely you are to hit those shots. This is why phantom feels so much easier to spray in valorant aswell as it's 11rounds/sec. valorant feels more awkward when you whiff compared to cs since the reset time for weapons is so much higher- this is the main problem cs players including myself struggle with when first playing valorant. it's not because 'there is no spray pattern". I consistently got rank g esea, lvl 10 faceit, and radiant top 250 on valorant. just throwing it all out there before u make a petty comeback remark trying to take your own words of context and change the meaning of what you said.
In conclusion, yes there is spray pattern, yes it has randomness. You can learn to control. Is it the same as CS? No.

You do not need to tap the opposite movement key to completely stop its been proved wrong so many times.
???? by holding the opposite movement key you start moving in the opposite direction as quickly as possible. You're thinking of counter-strafing. Which is different. With counter strafing, it's so you stop as quickly as possible and is quite unnecessary in Valorant. Deadzoning is where you start moving in the opposite direction, this is useful in valorant and is used a lot to avoid being hit and still be accurate when shooting
Sir counter strafing in valo isn’t as important if you are stopping when swinging an angle but if you’re trying to go back to cover or reposition makes sense :3

Hey do you think next stream you could help coach me in iron 1 best rank iron 2 and am hard stuck I think I can do way better but every thing I try does not work

I can give some advices if you really meet them, there is high chance you can easily get to silver of even gold
1) have stable connection, no packet drops (you can check it with stats in video setting turn on graph only and observe if you get laggy)
2) have stable ping (if it keeps jumping, this might worsen your experience)
3) get normal edpi and normal size mousepad, to get some space, low elo players struggle to understand how much it improves performance
4) play consistently (not enough to play few hours a week and expect to climb up), at least 4 days per week for couple of games
5)focus only on your mechanics, gun hygiene and play deathmatches a lot. For better guidance I suggest to search for woohoojin content on gold in 1 month on yt.
I am bronze 2, I do this but I only play 2-4 hours a week
Counter strafing is kinda useless to do in valorant since you completely stop after you let go of the key unlike csgo
