this might sound dumb but someone please explain the meaning of this song.. maybe the internal meaning or the background story..
He had a fling with a girl named Sol. He loved her but he was young dumb and on the run. Time passes and he comes back to find her a poor single mother. Like we all do when we see out exes, he wonders what life could have been, for better or for worse. He had an easy life, while she had it hard life and I think he regrets how he treated her and reminisces on how good she treated him.
This might be a stretch but I think the Sol's baby also might be his child, but I'm not sure about that part.
So hear me out... collab between Blanco White and Passenger. I think it could be stunning
