Changing Past doesn't change the present. This movie has individual timelines which runs in every single possibilities. But you are talking about Doraemon time machine theory changing Past will change the future.
In endgame it's like : Suppose you go to past from 2022 and kill hulk from 2012. In that time (2012) will have suppose 3 possibilities of hulk which are he can survive he can dead by future you and he can go coma. Each possibilities will happen surely in individual timeline. Means you killed him by going past that will also happen in one possible timeline and every indvidual timeline will have its own earth story. Suppose there is 3 timeline in the world and running in 3 possibilities. And you are from number 2 possibilities timeline and hulk is alive in present time . But you go past in number 1 possibilities timeline and killed hulk so hulk will be dead in possibilities 1 timeline not in the 2nd.

through nebula's reflection at glass thanos got her. and one thing more You can only create alternate timelines. This is explained explicitly in the movie. Therefore when Nebula kills her past self, "her" past still remains untouched. She is, for all intents and purposes, killing someone else entirely.
11:00 If they had killed baby thanos that would not mean that all the things afterward wouldn't happen because when he was a baby he did not think about wiping out half of the universe so if you kill him at that time someone else will develop that idea and wipe out the universe.
