Looks like a fresh engine, radiator, turbo and a lot of newer parts. Nice Polaris rzr. I see you talking about heat issues. That radiator looks a little small to me like a chevy truck rad for a sbc I don't know but 220f is a bit hot. You might try reversing the fan so it pushes in stead of pulling the hot air off that oil cooler. Or a more likely problem is that small rad and the gap above the rad I didn't see a shroud there it could be pulling air over the top instead of through . or an electric high flow fan might be good in a pinch.
