Hearing it years ago taught me what people meant when they say that musical phrasing is a dialogue. The crescendo at 5:50 continues to be one of my all time favorite musical moments

There is nothing but perfection here. The clothing is something chosen by a Hollywood costumer in their prime, the performances lively and riveting, the open door an invitation to a party which we, the viewers, are lucky to attend. The almost failed translation into English just makes the video better. Wow!
