Disregard the negative comments. Thank you for this very informative video. This should be a must see video for all black children. They need to know their past and how others struggled. Thumbs up!

White (and all) children should watch it too. If we continue to view ANY American as “OTHER” the idea of American Exceptionalism will be another American lie. Common countries marginalize their DESIGNATED minority groups or underclasses. Exceptional countries allow everyone to participate equally in society based on their abilities, AND are willing to acknowledge and rise above their historical flaws. So are you the common American or the Exceptional.

I enjoyed the video trip of Moton Field in Tuskegee, AL my home town. How about doing a video on the history of the city of Tuskegee.

Being a truck driver from California I used to go to Georgia a lot and travels through that area I visited five or six times before they even got hanger two built and opened. Since then I have been in Hangar two a couple times. You have a great video here I wish you had gone up the hill and filmed in the window of the Dance hall. Maybe next time. The other thing that most people don't see because it's so overwhelming is on that diorama on the floor you can see that there were 10 white airfields and 11 or 12 black Airfields. That amazed me that there were more black airfields by the end of the war. I don't know if the statistics would support saying that if it weren't black people that the Allied Powers would not have won the war, but it sure would have lasted years longer. Now if we can just get the royal family to quit having temper tantrums with each other 🤔

The aircraft markings on the actual aircraft identified the squadron , etc.. by numbers and letters. The aircraft shown here doesn't have those identifiers on it.

I wish Sharpe Field formerly Tuskegee Army Air Field would have been maintained. I think that location has just as much history than Moton Field
