@Kylan Junior What a coincidence you happen to comment on Kian's spam right after I confront him. hahaha Who do you think your fooling? lolol Don't make it so obvious that your creating fake accounts to spam your stupid website. At least put some distance when you create multiple accounts, not a day after each other. lol "for since?" Are you even American? hehe
Lake Ouachita actually has an island on the other end of lake known as bird island. They are so dense that they show up on radar when they take flight every morning. The two islands you kayaked to are locally known as “hamburger “ and “hotdog “. I love to see other’s perspectives of my favorite lake in my home state. Safe travels!
I drove through that exact area yesterday. I bought a Yakima cargo box from a guy in Hot Springs so I drove there yesterday to pick it up. It was a beautiful five hour drive (round trip) from Poteau to Hot Springs. It truly is a beautiful place & I will be going back after y'all teach me how to boondock.
I enjoyed the popcorn and movie night with you guys. The kayaking trip with the Sun rise was beautiful. Love all the drone footage. Also love listening to the bird sounds.
Oh how cool, I just purchased the lanterns for my grandkids. They are going on their first camping trip in two weeks. They’ll love, them thanks so much!!❤️🔥❤️
Like always absolutely wonderful! I have a funny story about Canadian Geese! My kids use to bring home Ferrell cats, and one time they brought home a pure white kitten, alot of white cats are deaf. I heard alot of noise outside and when I looked out my deaf kitten was on the back of this huge goose about 2 feet in the air. That cat wasn't afraid of anything because she couldn't hear it. Where's the camera when you need it. Oh about mushrooms, u should Google morel mushrooms. Amazing. In Wisconsin they should be here in May.
Nice. I've lived here for 20 years and I'm constantly learning about new places to explore. I have added kayaking to an island to camp to my list of adventures to try after watching your video. Thanks! ...also, fresh water jellyfish in Lake Ouachita?! Crazy!
I so enjoy watching your travels...thank you for providing my brief distraction from the everyday grind. You have inspired my husband and I to start venturing out. Hopes it’s not too late as we are nearing retirement age. You kids are a blast to watch!
Never too late!! Hubby is 72 and I'm 63. We're heading out as soon as we finish tying up a few loose ends, get a few more supplies then off we go. #LifeIsShort #GoForIt
I just love your lights! Really adds to the atmosphere. To assure most every popcorn kernel pops, I add just a 1/4 inch of oil to the pot, heat it, put in only 4 kernels, and cover with a tight-fitting lid. When the kernels begin to pop, immediately add the remaining kernels and cover. Gently shake pan back and forth every 30 seconds or so, until the popping slows down to nearly a stop. Then remove it from heat and quickly put in a serving bowl. If you like buttered popcorn, after discarding any unpopped kernels you can add butter to the already hot pot for an instant melt. Hope this helps. Happy travels! 😊
Went on our first boondocking adventure here a couple of weeks ago after watching your video. The only challenging part was backing our 28 foot travel trailer the 200 feet or so from the campsite to the road when we got ready to leave when our 14 days was up. For over a week we exclusively ate catfish that I would catch and cook fresh. We start fulltime time rv life this week. Hope to see you on the road. My wife is dying to meet Roodle. Thanks for the videos. God bless.
Hi guys! That sounds like an awesome first trip. The fresh catfish sounds like a real treat! We also hope to see you on the road. Congratulations on going full time!! We hope you will love this lifestyle as much as we do. 👱♂️👩🐕🎾

Totally agree that AR is underrated! Lots of boondocking in the Ouachita Mountains around Albert Pike Area (along FS Roads) and great backpacking on the Eagle Rock Loop Trail (with good weather as Little Missouri River can rise quickly). One big caution are ticks. They say you can't drive through AR without getting one. :/ Enjoying the Advanture! Heading out ft June 1. :)

Wow - freshwater jellyfish! New info for me - but I'm more familiar with high mountain cold lakes. 🙂 I appreciate learning about all these great free places in the mid-west. Thank you. (Found Dave's kilt on Amazon, btw, and bought one for my hubbie's birthday. Can't wait to surprise him!)
You two are adorable! And living the dream I'm saving for my adventure vehicle. Thank you for sharing your beautiful camp spots and your lovely morning in the kayak OMG 😲 💖 so beautiful to watch that morning 🌄 thanks for sharing 👍 😊 😘

Another great location! We love the lanterns they look so cool! When I saw the reflection of them in the Berkey I ask my wife what’s burning! 😳 Great video! High five to Roodle! 🤙
Another great spot. Glad you kayaked out to that island. I wouldn't have been to resist that myself and Yay Roodle got a new ball! I see you hit 20k subscribers. You deserve so many more. You've literally become our favorite to watch! We're 1 month away from freedom now ourselves! Maybe I should be packing instead of watching you tube...LOL!!
Looks like an awesome place! Love those torch lights! We have several of them in our yard but now I want some for the van. I swear I could smell that popcorn so had to go pop a bowl for myself. 🍿
Love your lamps. The sunrises were beautiful and of course the sound of the water birds talking crap to each other. The islands also looked exciting. Carrie my corn kernels too all don't pop. Take care. Thank you for the lovely video
Great Video. The Canada Goose has made South Fl it's home over the past 10 years. I never saw them when i was growing up here and camping around Florida. But the past 10ish years, they have made their home here all year. sometimes over taking our soccer fields and neighborhood parks. I Love those solar torch lights.
I was wondering if some Canada Goose did not migrate! Total makes sense as some places you can find them year around. I just never thought about it. We still have our solar lanterns and they are holding up well. Carrie uses them every night! 😀
Good morning, I have been waiting all week for this video. You certainly found a great spot for enjoying the beauty of the area. Have to admit, I got a little emotional. My family would spend two weeks during the summer in and around the Hot Springs area. There was so much to do that we were never bored. Loved the walk and the kayaking at sunrise, so beautiful. And, those geese! lol Y'all take care and we'll catch ya a little further down the road. Oh, BTW, you pronounced Ouachita perfectly. :-)
Thank you so much! Im glad it brought back such good memories! Looking forward to meeting you on the road. Im glad we pronounced it correct.....usually I butcher names

Right on! There is much to like about Arkansas. We noticed not many people go to this state and it's a real treasure. There are all kinds of hidden waterfalls! Do be on alert for ticks. We noticed they get pretty think this time of year. Happy travels!
One of our favorite parts of the country!! That’s where all of those Quartz we were showing you in Tucson came from. We were just talking about those geese the other day. Why do people say “went on a wild goose chase”? They aren’t hard to find🤷♀️
Spent a lot of time on that Lake when I was a kid. You guys need to hunt for crystals because they're everywhere. There's probably some places around the lake that have more than others. Ask some of the locals. Also remember all the tiny frogs all over the place that live there. There are also some beautiful streams around that Lake to explore.
Love those lights! Gonna get some! Where did you get the mitts? I’ve been looking for some short ones like that. Doodle was so well behaved w the geese! We were close to that lake a year ago but didn’t stop. We’ll do it next time-what a great spot! We also think Arkansas is an unknown treasure. Had a good laugh at Roodle w that dang flat ball! Great video, once again!❤️
Loved the view of the sunrise while kayaking. By the way, Linda is upset with me because I've been walking around the house singing the Roodle song over and over again.
Can you post a link to the solar light you showed us in this video? By the way, we really enjoy your videos. We hope to be full-timers before the end of this year and hope that we run into you sometime. Thanks for your videos and keep up the good work.
That was by far the most entertaining video y’all have done in a while! And they’re all good! More great editing Tara. Good shots on the bike. Liked the ones of you, Chad, and Daisy. Got to see some of Chad’s patches. Maybe one day he can describe them all. The mangroves were like an episode of “I Love Lucy.” You are too dang funny Tara and I don’t know if you even know it. I can see you on a new version of the emergency alert button commercial - getting caught in your kayak- “help, I’m stuck and I can’t get up!” 😜 You needed a couple of more hands to get outta that situation easier but you handled it like a pro 😉. Gotta say tho, Chad was a tad more graceful limboing that branch- but you get the highest score with the dog and camera difficulty. But, like I said, y’all are so entertaining just paddling around in a kayak, I don’t even think you realize it. That’s saying a lot 😉.---sorry wrong channel -

Those light are so cool! Love them! I’m in Tulsa hoping to head to that lake in a month or so. And spend some time in Ark
Right on! There is much to like about Arkansas. We noticed not many people go to this state and it's a real treasure. There are all kinds of hidden waterfalls! Do be on alert for ticks. We noticed they get pretty think this time of year. Happy travels!
Nice relaxing video. Calm ca be spectacular. Do you have a link to the solar lantern you showed?
Thank you! amzn.to/32HYdGu
One of our favorite parts of the country!! That’s where all of those Quartz we were showing you in Tucson came from.
We were just talking about those geese the other day. Why do people say “went on a wild goose chase”? They aren’t hard to find🤷♀️
Hello from Bolivia. No Canadian geese here :) Love your videos! I want to visit all the places you've been!
Hi Bill and Eileen! I think you are our first commenters from Bolivia! We are honored and thank-you four your kind words! 😀
Beautiful lake thanks for video. 😄
I love your Doodle song!!
Aye. It Saturday. Your video is out 🎉🎉🎉🎉
Hope you enjoyed it!
I did. Even though it was 2:44 AM I was very happy to watch it. Now I’m re watching it again super awake.
Really enjoyed yalls video keep up the cool adventures
Thanks! Will do!
Roodle almost entertained himself with your find! Talk about trash to treasure!
We were surprised he was even interested!!
Goin in few weeks … looks amazing ❤
Carrie nice kayaking 😎👍🏼
Loved the view of the sunrise while kayaking. By the way, Linda is upset with me because I've been walking around the house singing the Roodle song over and over again.
That makes me smile Jim! 😀 One day I was singing his song in camp and then noticed some kids in the next camp singing the song 😂😂
@@oneadVANtureatatime Then we were visiting family and this came up and my kids thought I was crazy. Now they might subscribe to your channel.
Can you post a link to the solar light you showed us in this video? By the way, we really enjoy your videos. We hope to be full-timers before the end of this year and hope that we run into you sometime. Thanks for your videos and keep up the good work.
Thank you! Hope to meet you on the road. Here is the link to the lights 😃. amzn.to/32HYdGu
That’s saying a lot 😉.---sorry wrong channel -
Okay.... I gotta know the name of this channel! I want to go want the episode you are speaking of😃😃
