Great to see , hotels and hoteliers are thinking out of the box in age. where brands are thinking to open luxury hotels now after the boost in economy and mid scale and also giving value and personal touch to all the experiences of guest, as all the travelers prefer their comfort check in check out time, i mean what best we can give, also the breakfast experience. i believe we have to train the staff to be flexible for guest needs, like croissant is part of buffet , but if a guest prefer @ noon, whats the harm in that, for a guest providing a croissant @ 12 is the luxury, good to see!!
