_Matsuri da!_ 🦊🤘🍠 Welcome back to the Foxhole and thanks for keep enjoying your BM journey with more songs of this amazing group. Last year fans at Bangkok enjoyed this song live with F.Hero as a special guest for the third time performing together after this live version 2019 in Japan, but everyone enjoyed this in every concert, it's a hit they don't wanna miss in any of their setlist, except for rare events. The title is in reference to the papaya fruit used to make a popular Thai salad. Is a fun song to represent and celebrate the mix between these two great cultures, and fans at the World Tour 2023 and more recently at Legend MM enjoyed this song. If you want another rare live performance with Latin rhythm vibes you got "Night Night Burn" live at Legend Metal Galaxy 2020, or with Indian influence like "Shanti Shanti Shanti" official MV, better yet if you look for "folky" vibes then you got "Oh! MAJINAI" ft. Joakim Brodem live at Legend Metal Galaxy 2020 or Budokan 2021, you'll notice almost every BM song got their own unique dance choreo. This song belongs to 3rd album "Metal Galaxy" released in 2019 but this one as well many more songs are exploring a different Babymetal side, sometimes more mature, but trying to not lose their fun. The footage of this was took from BABYMETAL AWAKENS: The Sun Also Rises 2019 in Yokohama Arena Japan, F.Hero was invited for this, the night before he was really in panic with the amount of people and even throwing all out after the show, It ain't easy to face that crowd, especially after receiving some negative critics from BM fans who didn't like his participation on this, fortunately he recover from this and received a warming welcome. Also that night they introduced the _avengers_ system, a group of three backup dancers filling the third spot that YuiMetal left (she left the group in 2018). They rotate so not always you'll see the same one on stage, usually the live official MV before 2020 is with Kano Fujihira, she started this when having 14 years old, so young like our girls back in their early days. None of them have mic or sing and aren't official members, they just dance. But remember that status changed last year when MomoMetal was announced as a new official member. Again, the one you saw in this live compilation isn't MomoMetal but Kano-chan as an avenger. The official MV is with studio album sound so wait to hear the blaster sound of the Kami Band when playing this live. I'm gonna leave in my next comment the newest updated BM Guide if YT allows to do it so just in case the title is: - "The not so extensive Guide to BabyMetal" by A Fox Song Thanks for sharing this and see you next time 🦊🤘🔥
Great reaction again. 'PA PA YA' is a summer festival song - and they're going hard singing and dancing about a spicy Thai papaya fruit salad.🥝 Such a good live song, it really gets the whole crowd jumping and waving towels round their heads (Su, Moa and Momoko love to see everybody doing that and we love to see them happy, so everybody brings or buys a towel specially for this song). F Hero flew in to Japan from Thailand specially to perform on the first two nights of BABYMETAL's 2019 tour (that was where he was filmed - this is the official video so the audio is from the studio recording - there is a video with the live audio around and it is even better). They performed in Bangkok in Thailand as part of their world tour last year and F Hero made another special guest appearance. F Hero was rapping in this song to the same rhythm as mixing the ingredients for the salad with a mortar and pestle. They are pretty much saying that, much like the salad, mixing the right spices in the right amounts into life will make that better too.🦊
HI from Ireland again 😊 you will enjoy babymetal so much, I am an avid g idle and babymetal fan, and have mist of their concerts on blueray, so I suggest for amazing crowd participation, stage set up and vocals, go for three pia arena performances. Monochrome live at pia, road of resistance at pia, and megitsune at pia, then when you go to their earlier days you will see the comparison when they were young. But in all honesty all live babymetal is epic
Thanks again from Japan 有難う💛。This popular and exhilarating song was performed in every BABYMETAL's gig in their 2023 world tour. And so was it on the Day-2 (March 3) of Legend-MM show this year. In June 2019, F. Hero came all the way to Japan from Thai for the world premiere of this song in the two-day shows and he had been very nervous to perform at a huge arena in foreign country. At the premiere performance, Su-Metal shouted "Come on F. Hero!" to summon him and at the end of this song she screamed "Thank you F. Hero!" then the three girls bowed deeply towards him to show their respect. That scene makes me happy. When you attend their show someday, you will come to know it is very hard to keep swinging towel above your head for 4 minutes all along. It is fun. though 😄 .
Good reaction. Welcome to the crazy universe of BabyMetal. BabyMetal is an atypical heavy metal group, because they are idols. In Japan, idols are often paired with pop music (Jpop), and Babymetal was actually a subgroup of a larger idol group called Sakura Gakuin. Sakura was made up of girls between 10 and 15 years old dedicated to Jpop. When SuMetal (the singer) started she was 12 years old and MoaMetal/YuiMetal (the backup singers) were only 10 years old. Sakura represented the Japanese high school and the girls were distributed in clubs (traditional Japanese extracurricular activities such as cooking, swimming, basketball, sewing, etc.). One of the producers, a lover of heavy metal, saw that Su's singing could perfectly be used in metal and asked permission from the Mother House (Amuse) to create the heavy music club, proposing an experiment in fusion between metal and the pop. Nobody, as they themselves have confessed, had much hope for its outcome, but they gave it the green light and thus BabyMetal, Sakura Gakuin's heavy music club, was born. The first songs were intended for girls between 10 and 15 years old, who were Sakura's target audience. However, their quality and the fusion between pop and metal attracted attention beyond this audience and they began to frequent their metal concerts... a shocking audience of children and metalheads. And it worked, it worked so well that they began to support groups like Metallica, Red Hot, BMTH or Lady Gaga, I seem to remember, on their tours in Japan. And the Red Hot singer commented that he was impressed to realize that part of the public came to see them, not them. And so the base of BabyMetal fans grew. Sakura was a group in which, upon turning 15, the members had to leave (to pursue their careers elsewhere) and the producer (KobaMetal) requested permission again to create BabyMetal as an independent group. Success was already beginning to become a reality in Asia, so they authorized it, although Moa and Yui (they were still 13 years old) would also continue to be part of other Sakura clubs (I don't know when the poor girls studied, but they did). In 2014 a milestone would arrive in the group's history. They were already an established metal group in Asia that sold out concerts, but they had not yet made the leap to the West. In that year his song "Gimme Chocolate" rose to fame on TH-cam (currently 182M views) and attracted the attention of the producers of the Sonisphere festival. KobaMetal had doubts about taking the step, since their musical proposal (Kawaii Metal or Cute Metal, a genre of which they are considered creators) might not be accepted in the West and the metalheads who went to the Sonisphere had a reputation for saying goodbye to very bad manners to the artists they didn't like (even with bottles full of urine), but they were offered to go to one of the secondary stages (about 5000 spectators) and they ended up accepting. But the success of BabyMetal on TH-cam and the fact that all the concerts they were going to give in Europe were sold out in a few days, convinced the producers to take them to the main stage, where they would share with groups like Metallica, for example. How many girls (they were between 16 and 14 years old at that time) were "terrified" before going out, and they didn't know what scared them more: that they wouldn't understand their music and they would have to run away or that when they went out on stage it would be empty. . But the story was very different, not only was it not empty, but more than 50,000 metalheads, an estimated 95% of whom had never heard of them, finished their fifth and last song chanting "another one, another one." And that's how they achieved popularity in the West as well. They currently have 4 albums on the market: -Babymetal (2013): Their first album and the most childish of all, since they were between 15-13 years old when it came out and had energetic, positive music that left a smile on their faces. -Metal Resistence (2016): an album that, without losing the essence of the first, shows more mature music, going from childhood to adolescence. Songs like Karate were a large part of his presentation in the West. -Metal Galaxy (2018): a turning point in its style. Without abandoning their energy, they turned their attention to new forms of metal fusion (hip-hop, dance music, Hindu music or European folklore, among others), projecting a much more mature music in keeping with their age, which was already around 21 years old. of Su and the 18 of Moa (unfortunately Yui left the group due to health problems). And now in 2023 they have just released their new album "The Other One", which is, again, totally different from what they have done until now (one of the hallmarks of BabyMetal is that their songs are usually very different some from others (although they are all positive adrenaline releases). Currently BabyMetal is considered the most important Heavy Metal group in Japan (I'm not saying the best, that's for everyone to decide) and the most influential in history in the West (it has reached levels that no other Japanese heavy group has reached before). ). The journey through the Babymetal galaxy may be long, but it is certainly entertaining and with a few songs it drags you with a smile into the fox hole
As a Babymetal and BabyMonster fan I was always wanted to send you babymetal videos to react to ...so this is amazing....❤😮... They've got a few others I think you would prefer more though
Babymetal zu hören wird den Horizont, musikalisch erweitern. Headbanger, Road of resistance und Monochrom in der PIA Arena. Man achte auf die Verbindung zwischen der Band und den Fans. Völlig einzigartig.
Youre german. BM is going to be at several festivals and a few regular shows throughout europe in about 2 months. Heres your chance to experience them live. Also it was apropo that you said its like a festival, because thats flat out what matsuri da means.
I am so glad that you talked about how you were proud of them. That is something I think people misunderstand about BABYMETAL fans. For those who have followed these women since they were children in Sakura Gakuin, there is a great sense of pride in watching them achieve their dreams and sharing in their joy of performing. I hope you get to see them in concert sometime; I have a feeling you would be consumed by the euphoria that comes from the energy their performance. I am not going to tell you what to listen to next as I am sure lots of other fans have already given you their suggestions but I do ask that you closely follow their suggestions to avoid live videos that splice too many concerts together. I have subscribed to your channel and I cannot wait to watch you fall down this fox hole lol.
I dont really like normal Metal that much, but when i saw them First time i reactet exactly like you and wantet more and around that time they went to Germany in Munich so i went to the Concert (First one ever) and it was the best Idea ever it was Just amazing and the Feeling was exactly like in the Videos. And since then ( i think its called) Kawaii-Metal and Babymetal as one is one of my favourite Genre in music. I Hope you will feel the same If you want to go to their Concert when they come to Germany again
To me Megitsune is their "calling card" song that epitomizes their music. At some point you need to watch that performance. They did a breakthrough performance in their early years at Sonisphere festival in England that really put them on the map in the West. Their YT Channel has a video of "Ijime,Dame,Zettai" from that concert which is a must see.
There is so many good songs for my taste so I have no recommandation in particular BUT yes, you have to check live stuff ! Not that the studio songs are bad or anything but I much prefer the live stuff ^^
If you want to see how awesome Babymetal have always been live, check out Headbanger at Legend 1997 (2013), Road of Resistance official video (2015).or Ijime Dame Zettai at Sonisphere (2014). Each one will blow you away 🙂
Love your reaction and attitude mate, spread the BM love. Try Akatsuki, Buddakan black night 2014, Su at her very best at 16 years old, her talent and voice are second to none and her stage presence and crowd control are radicalise. .
They are now 14 years in the industry. Yes for this concert he flew over from Thailand for two days according to Moa hechad even at that time many ideas for collaborations but it took till 2023 for his idea fir a collab with Bodyslam abd Babymetal. I think their song Kingslayer with Bring me the Horizont was a major influence. This wasvin fact their Corona Collab. Their were shiekded and no one knew if they ecen existed. Theychad only a rough designation in their contracts to 10 years Babymetal. They were asked in 2018 if they wanted tobterminate after Yui left them due to health reasons. Thisvis alwayscthe problem with and for dancers. And they reallyvhadvtrouble to find their way 2019 distortion showedvthem into a rotally new look till they got back with thecAvenger idea. But after Corona they came back to Koba with new ideas . They wanted their current Avenger as the third Metal. And 2023 wascreally the year when they nade in AprilbMomo to the third metal and startedcavWorld Tour 95 concerts and 250.000 guests put them back on stage and madecthemvto showrunners in most festivaks World Wide. They have alrwady invitations by F. Hero for Thailand together with Bodyslam. And we knowcthat they are busy with their next Album, since everyone wants to know what Moa , Momo and Su can accomplish. 2019 Moa proved with her Moabanger that she can sing but she doesn't want to sing Solo.
Great reaction! They played concerts in Hamburg, Berlin, Cologne, Munich, and Offenbach in Germany last year on their EU & UK tour to an audience of nearly 30,000 people.
Welcome to the Foxhole and the wonderful world of happy metal that is BABYMETAL! 🤘🦊🤘 Most of the truly important information has been or will be given in other comments, so I like to give the fun titles and nicknames given by The ONE (Babymetal’s Fan-base) as well as other (un)important information. BABYMETAL started as an experimental sub-unit of the larger JPop/JRock group Sakura Gakuin. Babymetal are: Suzuka Nakamoto\Su-Metal (Vocals and Dance): Angel of Song, Queen Su, Queen of Kawaii, Metal Queen, and Metal Goddess. Before Sakura Gakuin, she performed in a stage production of "The Adventurers" and was a member of the JPop trio, Karen Girls. Fun Fact: Bullfrogs are her Kryptonite Yui Mizuno\Yuimetal (Scream and Dance) Left the group in 2018 due to undisclosed health issues: Angel of Dance, Princess Yui, Yui-bot, Tomato Princess, Tomato-Kun, Kawaii Princess and Devourer of Souls (or at least she stares into your soul). Yui had a minor role as a child actor in a Japanese TV Drama before joining Sakura Gakuin. She has cute, chubby cheeks. Fun Fact: Yui is tickled by Bullfrogs. ** WARNING ** Do NOT, ever, under any circumstances call her “small”, "smol", “short” or “tiny” (same rule applies to Moametal). Moa Kikuchi\Moametal (Scream and Dance): Angel of Love\Smile, Queen of Hearts, Princess Moa, Kawaii Princess, Super Moa-chan, Maiden of Mischief, and Headmistress of Hedabon. She has huge dimples and a smile that melts the hardest of hearts. Fun Fact: Loves to troll Su-metal on-stage with little pranks as well as torment Su-metal with Bullfrogs. Momoko Okazaki\Momometal (Scream and Dance): Angel of Joy, Kawaii Princess, Princess Peach, Momo-Monster, Vampire Slayer, Kabuki Queen. Also a Sakura Gakuin graduate. Was a contestant on the Korean reality survival program "Girls Planet 999" (which thankfully for The ONE, she was eliminated from early on) and performed in a stage musical production of "Black Butler". Momoko was the only “Avenger” (see below) to perform in the “10 BABYMETAL Budokan” shows in 2021 and was officially named Momometal and made a permanent member in April 2023. She deserves the spot! Fun Fact: Momoko's father is a popular comedian in Japan known for making dead-pan jokes. Momoko worked very hard to make her way without using his name as a crutch. BLACK BABYMETAL: Yuimetal and Moametal performing as a duo while Su-metal takes a breather. Also known as “MoiMoi”. There are 4 BBM songs (GJ!, Onedari Daiskusen, 4 No Uta\Song 4, and Sis. Anger) some of which Moametal performed solo a few times after Yui's departure. Now that Momometal is a member, we are hoping for more BBM songs with MoMoa! But only the Fox God knows. AVENGERS: 3 Dancers who took turns performing the choreography in Yuimetal’s spot after her departure. They were not official members did not have microphones and were not even named. It was the fans who figured out who they were and you will see them in live performances between 2018 and 2021. They were: Momoko Okazaki (see above). Riho Sayashi: Suzuka’s former rival at Actors School Hiroshima, often competing for the same roles. Former “Ultimate Ace” of the JPop Idol group Morning Musume. Now a solo artist. Kano Fujihara (seen in this video): Former Member of Sakura Gakuin, the school-aged Idol group that BABYMETAL was born out of. Like Suzuka and Moa before her, Kano was Student Council President her last year in Sakura Gakuin and like Yui, was considered arguably the best dancer in SG during her time there. She is now a member of the Idol group @onefive, which is comprised of 4 Sakura Gakuin graduates (Kano, Momo, Soyo and Gumi). Kano only performed with BABYMETAL in Japan as she could not travel, likely due to her commitments to Sakura Gakuin and the then developing @onefive. They just released the first album, definitely check @onefive out as well. We are #notacult. Kitsune Da O! 🤘🦊🤘
This is a huge step into Babymetal. Give me chocolatec was not their first Song but it was their first stanaized song. And to put you into the correct frame, thy have their own audience, about 40% females and all ages between 5 and 85 visit their concerts. You have to imagine in the beginning they were between 12 and 10 and pretty much afraid of metal, but theirvmanager had ideas. So he showedvthem their first Metal concerts. Their manager had his problem withvthe japanes metal scene that was mainly men that got older and older. So their first song doki doki morning had more other influences than metal. But his vasic idea to mix other genres wit metal was the right idea. But U would say they didn't create a new genre, instead they opened the japanese metal market forvother influences. The japanese metal scene was tiny and they became the international most successful japanese band. For japanese metal bands it is now totally normal to mix different genres.
If you asked what's next? I need to say My list depends on beats like a taste of foods - Starter Doki doki Morning Gimmie , chocolate Prologue Iji iji dame zettai Road to resitance Divine attack - Soft course Future metal Headbanggerrrr - Main course Papaya Distortion Leave it all behind - Dessert Monochome Metal Follow my list you will love babymetal til your last breath
Nice! Babymetal is a wonderfully addicting musical drug of positive energy and there is no cure. *Note on videos:* From Babymetal’s Channel Official = MV or live + studio audio. Official Live = Live video + live audio. “For the Fox God” Channel has great live concert videos with subtitles. *Guide:* “The not so extensive Babymetal Guide” is the most up to date guide *Must see videos:* *Road of Reaistance (Official Live):* 17-year old stage general Su-metal leads her 15-year old lieutenants and a sold out army of 20K to an epic wall of death and circle pits. *Monochrome (Pia Arena MM, 2023):* Beautiful, melodic, heavy, emotional, and epic. *iine! (Official MV):* For the ultimate “WTF?!” factor. *Headbanger (Legend 1997):* Proper way to do a sweet 16th bday bash. *Akatsuki (Budokan 2014):* Love ballad 😎 Can’t wait to see more Babymetal!🤘🦊
You can't really judge their vocals if you haven't checked out their live stuff. You're missing out! Anyone can sound good in the studio, but not everyone can sound even better live. That's what set them apart from most singers and idols
I would still recommend to check out the Music Videos as well. Songs like Karate, Metali and Megitsune have amazing MV's as well as incredible live performances.
They are ALWAYS best live really - but not "official" MVs/videos - you miss out on intros (many are amazing), the band, subtitles and crowd reactions at a minimum - with studio often replacing the live music). Great reaction to a unique group - but DO try genuine live - they will knock your socks off - everything is WAY more impactful. Strangely enough they do seem to engender a feeling of pride for a lot of people (me too :P) - with it only increasing as you learn/see more of them and their history. Great reaction!
_____________________ _"America invented rock. England improved it. And now, Japan has perfected it."_ ※ Band-Maid ※ Gacharic Spin ※ Lovebites ※ Nemophila ※ East of Eden ※ Hanabie ※ Asterism ※ Trident ※ Babymetal ※ etc.
I'm Japanese. Thank for your great reaction. BABYMETAL's members are famous star (acting in TV. CM. etc) in Japan from when a child. And the agency they work for is the largest listed entertainment company in Japan. So they are all-around entertainers rather than musicians.😀
Japanese doesnt translate to english all that well but with Babymetal you dont need the lyrics. The song portraits the meaning through feeling. This band is special.] Please react to From dusk til dawn. My favorite babymetal song.

Please Check [BABYMETAL Arkadia ( 最高音質ver. )]
It was a concert held at The Forum
what you see is a live MV combined with studio music. the real live version is much more epic
How many girls (they were between 16 and 14 years old at that time) were "terrified" before going out, and they didn't know what scared them more: that they wouldn't understand their music and they would have to run away or that when they went out on stage it would be empty. .
But the story was very different, not only was it not empty, but more than 50,000 metalheads, an estimated 95% of whom had never heard of them, finished their fifth and last song chanting "another one, another one."
And that's how they achieved popularity in the West as well.
They currently have 4 albums on the market:
-Babymetal (2013): Their first album and the most childish of all, since they were between 15-13 years old when it came out and had energetic, positive music that left a smile on their faces.
So take a look 10 years ago , Road of resistance live in Japan 🤘🦊
As a Babymetal and BabyMonster fan I was always wanted to send you babymetal videos to react to ...so this is amazing....❤😮...
They've got a few others I think you would prefer more though
Babymetal zu hören wird den Horizont, musikalisch erweitern. Headbanger, Road of resistance und Monochrom in der PIA Arena. Man achte auf die Verbindung zwischen der Band und den Fans. Völlig einzigartig.
There is a couple guide's for Babymetal maybe three of them one isn't good the second one is average but there's the latest one out that's quite good
Youre german. BM is going to be at several festivals and a few regular shows throughout europe in about 2 months.
Heres your chance to experience them live.
Also it was apropo that you said its like a festival, because thats flat out what matsuri da means.
YEEEES MORE BABYMETAL REACTIONS
Hell yeah !!!
Their music 🔥
I dont really like normal Metal that much, but when i saw them First time i reactet exactly like you and wantet more and around that time they went to Germany in Munich so i went to the Concert (First one ever) and it was the best Idea ever it was Just amazing and the Feeling was exactly like in the Videos. And since then ( i think its called) Kawaii-Metal and Babymetal as one is one of my favourite Genre in music. I Hope you will feel the same If you want to go to their Concert when they come to Germany again
Nice reaction, next pleas reaction babymetal monochrome live pia arena🙏🙏🙏
HEADBANGER LEGEND 1997
Road of Resistance.

Most of the truly important information has been or will be given in other comments, so I like to give the fun titles and nicknames given by The ONE (Babymetal’s Fan-base) as well as other (un)important information.
BABYMETAL started as an experimental sub-unit of the larger JPop/JRock group Sakura Gakuin.
Babymetal are:
Suzuka Nakamoto\Su-Metal (Vocals and Dance): Angel of Song, Queen Su, Queen of Kawaii, Metal Queen, and Metal Goddess.
Before Sakura Gakuin, she performed in a stage production of "The Adventurers" and was a member of the JPop trio, Karen Girls.
Fun Fact: Bullfrogs are her Kryptonite
Yui Mizuno\Yuimetal (Scream and Dance) Left the group in 2018 due to undisclosed health issues: Angel of Dance, Princess Yui, Yui-bot, Tomato Princess, Tomato-Kun, Kawaii Princess and Devourer of Souls (or at least she stares into your soul).
They were:
Momoko Okazaki (see above).
Thank you for your enthusiasm

😁😁😁🤘🤘🤘
You can't really judge their vocals if you haven't checked out their live stuff. You're missing out!
Anyone can sound good in the studio, but not everyone can sound even better live. That's what set them apart from most singers and idols
I don't know if the link thing worked, but I suggest you to react to Metali (their official live video at NEX fest)
I would still recommend to check out the Music Videos as well. Songs like Karate, Metali and Megitsune have amazing MV's as well as incredible live performances.
Nice reaction...Welcome to Metal Galaxy wirh BabyMetal...K-Pop + J-Pop + Army + Metal Head = The One...🦊🦊🦊🤘🤘🤘
Aleman encocado hasta las cejas reacciona a babymetal. Fascinante, laic
Great reaction brother
🔥🤘🦊🤘🔥
Black BabyMetal
I hope you will react the group Tomorrow x together please 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
They are ALWAYS best live really - but not "official" MVs/videos - you miss out on intros (many are amazing), the band, subtitles and crowd reactions at a minimum - with studio often replacing the live music). Great reaction to a unique group - but DO try genuine live - they will knock your socks off - everything is WAY more impactful. Strangely enough they do seem to engender a feeling of pride for a lot of people (me too :P) - with it only increasing as you learn/see more of them and their history. Great reaction!

More Babymetal.
They will be in amsterdam in june 12th? If u want to see them live and tickets will be available

Plz react to one ok rock, too
For me the best Babymetal was when they were still in high school when Yui was still in the band. They were so adorable. My favourite is Amore. ❤
I'm Japanese. Thank for your great reaction.
BABYMETAL's members are famous star (acting in TV. CM. etc) in Japan from when a child.
And the agency they work for is the largest listed entertainment company in Japan.
So they are all-around entertainers rather than musicians.😀
why u don't have any of straykids albums ur not a fan?
Treasure reaction wayo not reacting
Japanese doesnt translate to english all that well but with Babymetal you dont need the lyrics. The song portraits the meaning through feeling. This band is special.]
Please react to From dusk til dawn. My favorite babymetal song.
