Hi Man! I decided to man WA and I had a question.. Is CDR useful while training/bossing? if so, how many seconds for it to be relevant. Thanks!!

CD hat is almost always better in both bossing and training, 4s hat is what most people use but can be expensive to roll. If you are just starting out, any mixture of cd + stat will do.
