Rather, our goal is to focus on relaxing those muscles to reduce chronic tension and painful trigger points.
Yes I agree too, I have intersticial cistitis and hunner ulcer the bladder instillation with dms gave me the worst pain of my life, my bladder sometimes just shut down and I can't pee, this is horrifying because of the ulcer, they want to give me a medicine that will suppress my immune system so I decline, I'm doing pelvic for therapy with exercises but I don't know what else to do, any advice will be greatly appreciated
Prelief and bladder ease and switching to an alkaline diet and alkaline water have helped so freaking much!! I was contemplating suicide. I was losing my mind because I was already suffering from radiation symptoms to treat my brain AVM and chronic headaches and migraines.
I've been to physical therapy at least 5 times, and they always said to relax those muscles that were already to tense due to my IC. Also I'm effected differently, also in the urethra and vulva as well.

Obviously this condition is due to lower back injury the nerves around that are is what is making the bladder over react doctors should look at the patient lower back and see if there is a vertebrae disease buldges discs is not just a symptom that comes out of no where...everything is related. I got IC after 2 years of lower back injury now is moving affe ting the function of my bladder cuz the L5S1 vertebrae has moved back a little and now the nerves are getting pressed...sadly

Numerous tests, thinking I was constantly getting uti’s, seen many doctors, just recently started having back pain so went to a chiropractor and after X-rays they said I have buldging discs in my lower back. I’m now wondering if this caused my bladder issues
destroyurmind I have something different. I don't have any kind of burning and all, but whenever I go pee and come, the pressure in bladder starts again although I don't wanna pee, even If a go there is drops of Urine. What should I do with this pressure? Please help me. 😥
Are you still taking marshmallow root? I’m also curious if supplements keep working or do you get a tolerance? Any helpful hints would be most appreciated as lm self healing after no resolution from any urologist and tests and advice they provided . 😊

Jill's correct. If your floor is too tight, strengthening is going to make your problems a lot worse. And the symptoms can be pretty similar

how can u remove stress from your life after having i c..My stress is lots worse..ive lost my jobs I can't do anything I used to do
