I first stumbled upon this house in 2022 when I moved from Boston to St. Pete and this neighborhood. Now that I've spent time inside, and outside, it lived up to the "wow" I felt the first time I saw it from the street.

@@chikken_soup Yes but there are only 10 homes on this cul de sac. Very little to no traffic on this bridge.
@@chikken_soup what bridge in particular are you referring to? This home is conveniently located minutes away from downtown st pete but is 10-15 minute drive to the Howard Franklin or Sunshine Skyway
