    Clear, crisp review. The strap hack is smart. All the best to your channel.

    Used your affiliate link to buy this! Thanks for the review. I was looking for a camera insert for my backpack and saw lowepro's gearup stuff and thought it fit my use case well. Thanks for the thorough review.

    nice video! Great review :) Strap it is actually a good idea! It can also fit perfectly with the popular peakdseign clips :)

    A good review of a fantastic bag.The only feature I find strange that they've left off is the ability to wear it as a back pack.

      Thank you. Glad you enjoyed the video. Yeah it would have been nice to have it as a back pack, but the camera strap trick in the video is a great work around so you can carry it on your shoulder.

    I've been curious about this bag because like you, I'm also targeted with it and it keeps showing up on my Facebook ads and my online store recommendations. 2 camera bodies is possible? With the second camera being a rangefinder body.

      I guess it all depends on what other equipment you have in the bag with you. I have 2 separate bags for both my cameras since I need different lenses and accessories for both.

      @@BallysRealm I really wish these were sold locally in our own city. At least I could check the sizes and internals properly. Sometimes, seeing the scale on video is still not enough.
      The XL might be possible for both the G85 and GX85 for a limited filming setup. I did, however, manage to finally find a way to fit them both on my camera backpack from years ago. So I guess it helps with delaying the desire for a new bag. The medium one, though, seems like a good one for carrying only the GX85 and some accessories for a more specific shoot.

    Do u think the Avata, Goggles V2, controller, Freewell 4 pack ND, and couple batteries will fit in this?
    I have to buy online so can’t try before I buy. It looks like it will, but it’s hard to tell.

      & the leak design leash will work as a strap on it a well won’t it?
      If so, it’s ideal…. Cheers for the review. Are your affiliate links ok for postage in the U.K?

    How sturdy are those loops that you attached the straps to? Are they securely sewn to the bag?

    • @BallysRealm
      @BallysRealm  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      They seem very sturdy to me and yes they are sewn into the bag. I have carried some serious weight using them.

    Great video, I'm looking for a bag to hold my Canon 80D w/18-135 attached, 55-250, and 50. Do you think this will work. Other suggestions? Thank you.

      I tried the Large for my 7D M2 with 15-85, 55-250 and 28 prime. It would just hold these items well packed, but there was virtually no wiggle room for much other stuff, maybe a couple batteries or other tiny/flat items. So, I'm going to get the XL. I admit I don't want the equipment swimming in there but I also don't want to have another bag for other incidentals/accessories.
      One tiny complaint, there are not much external pouches (even if they could lay flat when not being used), but I will carry this inside another pack in many cases.
      Also I got a quick release strap system - great tip for that.

      I got the XL and its a better choice, similar to your equipment above.

      The XL is a great size and as Brian Lamb said, it should be better for your needs. Great 2 in 1 bag!

    How did you installed the smallrig adapter part on your original strap?

    • @BallysRealm
      @BallysRealm  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Instead of threading the original strap ends into the camera, I thread them onto 1 part of the smallrig clips. I then thread the other end of the clip onto the camera and clip them together. It isn't as hard as it looks.
