You got the Su-30s mixed up. The all black version is the Su-30M2 used by the Sol Squadron, while the one with red wing tips is the Su-30SM used by Mr. X.
I think this is a bit messed up. Here's why: the speeds are all taken at different altitudes, meaning somd might be not exact. You could've used different layers for all planes and see what the top speed was, or chosen a medium altitude for everyone. Anyway, nice video as always

But they been fooled because Darkstar didn't existed, while making Top Gun Maverick, they had to use CGI with Darkstar for fooling the Chinese Spies.

Yeah, this really proves that the "realism" of AC7 is just an illusion. The MiG-31 can do just under Mach 2.9 IRL and CRUISES at Mach 2.54 (higher than the top speed in AC7). Also, neither the F-35C nor the F/A-18E can get past Mach 1.8. They are (relatively) slow planes. The MiG-29 can do Mach 2.25 while the F-15C/E/J and Su-27/30/37 can all do Mach 2.5. Also, the MiG-31 should have the highest stall speed in the game because it stalls much easier than a JAS-39E!
