*Great video. We all strive towards financial stability and a better life. It is easy to achieve this through the right investment, by living frugally and budgeting. I’m glad I learnt early in life to work hard for financial freedom*

This is just the right information towards financial freedom as well as wealth creation. For so many years I thought working for other people was the only way to live comfortably, but I came to think differently when I started working with *Donald Nathan Scott* (a registered financial adviser residing in United States). Now I earn monthly from my investment with him

    • @patrickhenandez9448

For anyone to be financially free with a passive earning source which exceeds your expenses, you need to ingrain. It’s not just watching videos and reading books anymore but for positive results, work with an expert. I used to think that I can make more money on my own without any loss, but I had better luck working with a *financial advisor* . I’m glad I choose to work with *Donald Nathan Scott* and I have no regrets with my decision.

If everyone become prudent with money..it will start this chain reaction,
    1. Demand lows for all items
    2. Price reduces for most items
    3. As price reduces tax reduces
    4. All can buy more essential items
5 .All can save more for emergency fund
    6. Emergency fund size will come down
    7. Even a hourly wage can give a decent life
    8. Stress will reduce
    9. Happiness will increase
    10. Productivity will increase
    11. More time available
    12. We can earn more
    13. We can live our life a little more
    And the chain reaction continues...
So its in our good to share and have a prudent society.
Example : if we all buy only basic essential houses...housing cost will come down with lesser demand for unnecessarily luxury homes. so more people can have access to housing.

A small outlay of $300 will return $100k in six years, with a passive income of 1-1.5% a day, by reaching your next contract (legally binding) your return becomes greater!
There are two options to this:
      1. A simple return on your outlay!
      2. A team building option which will see your return grow substantially!
Its a one time payment and will be the only outlay you ever have to make!

Save alongside investing, but only 3-6 months of living expenses. This can be built up slowly alongside your investment portfolio. I’d never wait till I have 6-12 months salary saved before I start investing!!

This realization provides the "why" that most people need to shift their focus from being a consumer to being the creator we already are!

I agree with almost everything except having a lot of cash sitting in the bank. I invest in the stock market every week. I have $250 in my checking account and that's it. But I have several credit cards for emergencies.
I'm debt free but looking to get a heloc to buy more rental property when I find the right deals. I'm thinking about beach condos even though I've heard a lot of negative comments about it.
