    Testing the Dumbo Rc X6 FG 6 channel Radio system with FPV on my Axial Yeti XL to know how far it can go.
    In this test I got about 325 meters of range from the radio without any signal loss or latency.
    The Fpv transmitter and receiver couldn't work beyond 300 meters so i was unable to test the range further.
    GPS signal in Hero 7 was not good so the telemetry in the video was not very accurate so i had to trace the distance from google maps to get an approximate measure.
    Footage stabilised using Reelsteady go software.
    Will soon upgrade to a better FPV setup and make more fun and exciting FPV Rc Car videos.
    Thank you for watching.

      Yes it will help you go further for that extra strech to build up your speed. Also this has gyro built-in incase you need that can be adjusted with 6th channel knob. 👍

    Nice video! Fpv on the ground is much more challenging, there is much interference. Dumbo RC is excellent, the best frequency for fpv is 433mhz. Video 1.2ghz can pass through obstacules

      Yes I've researched on this a lot now. Will be getting a 1.2ghz video and a long range radio system that'll probably work with Dumbo rc radio too. Thank you for watching 👍

    There is a video here on TH-cam where a guy uses a Crossfire Lite module and receiver plugged into a RadioLink transmitter with a RSC (remote servo control) port. He thought the DumboRC transmitter has this port. The stock range from a DumboRC is fantastic right out of the box. I'm trying to find out how much range adding the Crossfire gives. It may be a simpler way for you to get what you are looking for in your other video.

      I've used my mfd uhf module with this radio using the DSC port which works even better but I haven't tested it's full range yet

      @@RakishRc This whole long range thing gets very complicated and very expensive in a hurry! There has to be a way of doing this without a ground station. That makes it cumbersome.

    Hi, I am from kolkata. I have this same transmitter and receiver. Have been using 2s 7.4v lipo with it. Can its receiver handle 11.1v 3s lipo. I am pretty much confused, as the receiver has written on it '4.8v-10v'

    • @RakishRc
      @RakishRc  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Well if you're powering it from a supported 3s esc then it will work.. if you want to connect a 3s directly then I am not sure if it would burn out but you could try there isn't much difference between 10v and 11v..it should work.

    • @fuupdaass275
