Dara got 3 which GD even customized one by painting the outer white swoosh, yellow and doodled Dara's name on the back. Plus added the I don't cair lettering on the side in reference to 2NE1's song.

Actually it wasn't hype bec he just got out from military or bec he's a KPOP idol it's simply bec he is GDRAGON, he is more than a kpop idol he is a fashion icon. Everything he buys laging na sosold out, i remember when he wore the white OLD SKOOL vans during one of his performance the next day sold out na sa korea yung specific type na old skool. Korean fashion has stopped since he served in military and FYI i'm not even exaggerating. Hehe Koreans waited for jiyong to save korean fashion. 😉
Fan fact: peaceminusone if you take out one of the other side of the peace symbol ☮️ it becomes GD .

I love the idea of the design under the black paint... these shoes were made for people who appreciate worn out sneakers, and the idea of the design slowly revealing itself the more worn the shoes are is amazing
The concept behind the brand Peaceminusone is "A Utopia that we have yet to reach". GD believes that the world is close to achieving a peaceful society, but negativities/evil hinder us from achieving it. The Peace logo with one branch (the one pointing at 8 o'clock) had been used by him since 2013. It symbolizes his name 'GD' and the logo peaceminusone. However, for this collaboration, daisy was used as the logo for peaceminusone, hence one petal at 8 o'clock is removed. Daisy is i guess chosen as it symbolizes innocence, hope, and youth for him. On the other hand, the guy that mentioned peaceminusone means 'F you' is just one of the interpretations people have brought up. Anyways, If anyone wants to know why he called this af1 "paranoise" just watch his nike interview :) PS I would really love to cop one of these but it sold out pretty fast. There are just too many people who wanted this (ie. sneaker collectors) in addition to his fans.

Hi Sir Julius. Take note po: G-DRAGON is STILL part of BIGBANG. TOP was discharge last July, GD discharge last October and TAEYANG & DAESUNG last November 10. Seungri, the youngest member, departs YG and BIGBANG earlier this year. But that doesn't mean that BIGBANG (4 members) disbanded.

Another cool thing is the Just Do It in Korean (Hangeul) with the Peaceminusone logo although sa international release (white swoosh) dun sa nakawrap lang sa shoes. Sa 88 pairs (yellow swoosh) which GD gave out to family and friends may shopping bag with Just Do It in Hangeul. Mas special rin yung box for the 88 pairs. The red swoosh is Korea exclusive. The pins included red PMO and daisy you can use to dress up the shoes. Usually kinakabit dun sa last hole malapit sa tongue. I think better nga in reverse yung shoelace para hindi matakpan yung daisy detail. Ang saya rin na this shoes is really meant to be used para nga magwear and lumabas yung isa pa niyang layer with the artwork. Love GDragon and BigBang. Sana talaga magcomeback sila.
You are actually right Sir Julius. The reason why it's called Peaceminusone is because if you noticed the logo which is Daisy with one missing leaf Daisy means peace and the leaf missing stands for minus one that's why it's called "Peaceminusone" (Daisy minus 1 leaf) so there! I'm a VIP (BigBang's fandom) that's why I know this.
I remember watching an unboxing video, the “peace minus one” resembles us and utopia (the ideal & unrealistic place) it’s as if we’re one step ahead. hence, peace minus one. The flower petals also resembles the whole “incomplete” theme. And the petal missing at 8 o’clock also resembles GD’s favourite number which is number 8 (his birthday too, 8.18.88) i swear koreans are genuis when it comes to indirect meanings. Try watching IU’s mv and watch video of them explaining the meaning behind it 🤯🤯

Hello, I appreciate that you did some research, especially on the part where the black paint apparently chips off and reveals a whole new shoe underneath. Just to clarify lang, G-Dragon is the main rapper, not the lead singer, and he never left BIGBANG, going into military service does not mean that you have to leave your group.

Yung missing petal ng daisy logo is in the 8 o clock position which represents the number 8. The number 8 stands for GD's birthday which is 08-18-1988 and GD's lucky number :)
