Hi Dragana, I have decoupaged for years and just love it. The sewing threads between layers was new to me. That was cool! I will use that straight away as I am currently making a sewing pattern/fashion themed junk journal. Perfect timing. Thanks for sharing 🤗🕊️
Enjoyed a lot as usually and can’t wait for part 2. 11:35 This is how I personally overcome situation you are discussing at this spot. To allow background come through acrylic paint I remove wet excess with another piece of paper (which also will be used as painty paper later). If after that I still need more removal, I’d bring some water on my brush, wet the spot and again dry it with a fresh piece of paper. With this technique no paper or paint is ever waisted and I am in good control of the degree of transparency. ♥♥♥
Definetely 10 pretty cool ideas to use those pattern papers! 🧡 So far I have only used the brown ones for collage purposes. It adds an interesting touch when you can still see what's underneath. Love the last one most, it reminds me of your tutorial with dried flowers beneath the napkins. th-cam.com/video/av7YcHBoAG4/w-d-xo.html this tutorial I also loved so much 😁🧡🤗h
Thank you so much dear Steffi! ❤️ Yes, that last one is very similar to the faux botanical papers, but it has threads instead of flowers and leaves. I also love the gelli prints very much. Great to use in collage ❤️
Ich habe auch noch soviele von diesen Papieren, da werde ich mir auch so schöne Seiten daraus machen . Vielen lieben Dank für die Inspiration
You’re very welcome! Thank you so much for watching 😊❤️
