Good recipe auntie. But as someone else mentioned earlier, milk is too much. My dough was like a cream even after using an electric dough mixer. I’d suggest mixing the yeast in 50ml milk, add to flour mix then add rest of the milk slowly. Don’t add all of the 250ml milk.

Dear Ms.Anoma, You have made a wonderful progress in the quality of your cooking videos over the years, but you need to seriously look back in to your old videos as in some of them, there are gross errors including this video on Breudher. In this, you have to add Margarine in to the Bread dough other wise it will be a very sticky one. Thanks.
