How to Make KOOBI Gravy|| Ampesi and Koobi Stew

  • Hello Lovely family and friends, today I share with you amazing recipe, which I guarantee will always be a winner if you are a koobi fan. Very easy to make and you will be the family's favourite. 😋❤️🙏🏾
    Ingredients
    5 medium or large size Koobi
    5 - 8 medium size tomatoes (chopped)
    1 large brown onions (diced)
    1 medium red onions (sliced)
    1 tbsp Chilli flakes
    5 pieces of calabash nutmeg (wedea aba) crushed
    5 pieces grains of Selim (hwentia) cracked
    My Homemade spice cubes
    1 tbsp crushed black pepper
    1 tbsp vegetable bouillon
    Salt to taste

    Kobi gravy papabi......love how this was done. Mostly we are tempted the same oil but considering how salty kobi is, I guess it was a great decision to use a different oil......this looks so delicious

    Looks good but in the US 🇺🇸 we can't use that much koobi. We barely have enough. 😆
