Mainly on the basis of „everyone speaks English, so why should we learn another language“. On the other hand I try my best to speak good English as a sign of respect. The acceleration,the 918 has,is just ridiculous.0-60 in 2,2 seconds,for a production car! I remember watching the old Top Gear episode,where Richard Hammond was test driving it and he said:''This car accelerates so fast,your brain is too slow to process it.''

The quickest production car on the Nordschleife for a few months? Yeah. But the fastest production car in the world? The 918? LOL never ever! The 959 was (more than 30 years ago). Porsche (along with Ferrari, McLaren and Lamborghini), doesn't even chase speed records anymore.

Finally, someone has done their homework and acknowledges Carrera GT's F1-derived engine. Aside from that, this episode has to be my favorite thus far with Porsche's holy trinity.

The pinnacle of what a car can be. The car that pushes past it's own hypercar boundaries and excels forward with it's banshee like howl. The car the makes everyone look in awe as it speeds down the black top asphalt. The car that I fell in love with and will never be changed....that is the 918.
I've had a 2015 918 Spyder for a few months now and its absolutely amazing to drive. It will do 0-60 in 2.0 seconds if you can launch it right with the right tires and have a good driver behind the wheel. The only thing I'll say I hate about it is the cost of the car and how its just not justifiable unless you really like the looks of it. Car is basically a really expensive status symbol that cost too much money which makes most too afraid of the value lost to drive the car.
In other words, you can't enjoy driving this car on public roads. You have to drive it at 8/10's on mountain roads, if that. You're always cognizant of what it would mean to slide off the road or into a side rail. Always thinking about what it would cost and how long it would take to fix it, if you could fix it. That's how I felt about my first Porsche, a lowly 2.7L Boxster! I had an NA MX5, a couple of Z3's, three E46's, and an RX8 at the same time but I couldn't enjoy the Boxster for the above reasons.
This channel ruined all other car youtube channels for me. No clickbait titles, no waiting till the end of the video for something interesting to happen. They keep people watching by being interesting THE WHOLE TIME, which is somehow a rarity nowadays. This channel really is quite a step above the rest.
Everyone thought the 918 was going to be the slowest of the holy trinity with only 887 hp but no one counted on Porsche's mastery of the 919s AWD hybrid tech. Brilliant!
Considering the 6 minutes 57 sec time of the 918 which is a hyper car with electric motors, the viper acr really had a great run time with 7 minutes 12 sec
