even tho skulls and bones have good graphics and textures and dense npc's but in term of total gameplay sea of thieves is way better its super flexible and you do the boat things yourself and even the combat both ground and ship is manual and not a automatic thing like skulls and bones , i played sea of thieves personally and i even love it solo , sometimes it might get boring but with a partner its just super fun . doing all the things manually just brings life to the game and brings value of being the captain of the ship
Skull and Bones looks like shit tbh Just because the characters look real doesn't mean all aspects of the game looks good. Sea of Thieves goes for a cartoon-like aesthetic on purpose. Everything else that matters, like the sea, the sky, and the weather are all beautiful to look at. The same cannot be said of Skull and Bones. It looks much worse than Black Flag, a 10-year-old game.
He has no clue what he is doing in sea of thieves and sailing for skull and cross bones was outside a storm while sea of theives was a calm Sr straight sailing. The PvP for them was a player for skull and bones then a skelly ship for sea o theives. I dknt mean to bring hate but you are making sea of theives look s lot worse then it is. I personally say if you WA t a good look into them before buying one watch a live stream of both and take into account sea of theives is supposed to be cartoony and done your self instead of the game doing it for you such as repairing, raising sails and so on.
those two are not comparable. one is a pvp based pirate game with complete and free control over everything. the other is a fucking joke where ships have stamina.
As I was watching this video I thought to myself the same thing 😅 It would be much more casual in 3rd person and would allow you to appreciate your characters cosmetics more. A toggle switch between 1st and 3rd person would help with the pvp issue too

They may both be pirate games but both are very different from each other. Sea of thieves looks and plays like a game i play on roblox! I've played Skull and bones and found it to be a really fun game! I haven't played sea of thieves yet i wish they had like a free week to play like skull and bones had last week. What i like is you don't have to play pvp if you don't want so you don't have these high level players farming you! I heard a lot of players quit playing sea of thieves because of being robbed by higher level players. But from the video they look just very different and look like actual gameplay is different so i guess it comes down to what each player prefers! The way games should be!

The game pvp of pve would be hard, and you can just see your self in third person by doing emotes, sitting on stuff and yea.
