You always do such a great job! Not only do we have fun adventures, but we get to learn so much too. Reminds me of some of those old Disney educational shows.
Another SUPER video Justin. Get'n older now an not sure hubby an i will make it to DC! Thanks for your dedication, detailed an informative trip! It feels complete on so many levels! Thanks again!!!
Wow I was just there a couple weeks ago I love the museums there. It has a lot of beautiful scenery and monuments. I only live like 2 hours away love it glad you got to see it again Justin
My parents took me to Washington D.C over spring break when I was nine...I had so much fun and the minute I got home, I started looking for books on history at the library.
I would love to see the Discovery at the Udvar Hazy Smithsonian Air and Space museum. So much to see and do in DC. The traffic is a horrible mess though.
My husband and I chuckled when we saw you were in town! We didn't tell my 4 yr old, because he would have wanted to go on a Justin hunt! He loves watching your videos (Disney ones are his favorite). Looks like you enjoyed your self! Next time your in town you should do the National Archives, I use to volunteer there and there is a lot more to see then just the Declaration of Independence. Love your videos Justin, you can always put a smile on our faces. Best wishes for your family!
So cool that in your video here and also Adam the woos new video you both talk about Abraham Lincoln and the bat mobile. You are lucky to have have good friends like each other.
I'm from DC and I practically live in the american history museeum. I'm so happy that you got to see it, but I feel bad becasue instead of paying attention to what you're saying, i'm just like, "I've been there. I love it there! My favorite youtuber is in my favorite place!"
Lincoln’s Top Hat! That’s so cool! As far I know, I’m the Heinz History Museum still has another one of his top hats, along with a bed that he slept in that was found in this one building about 5 minuets from my house!
Love your “old times” cap!!! Historically appropriate in our historic Nations Capital. (Lincoln actually born in Kentucky, relocated to Illinois) You’ve done your duty, may you hotel and sleep warm and well. Hi Ali, my eyes are heavily “sweating” 😭
Justin, if you like history and about Lincoln, go to the Henry Ford museum, they have the actual chair where Lincoln was shot in at Ford theater, and they also have the bus we're Rosa parks made history. Also if you like cars, there is a museum near Kalamazoo Michigan called Gilmore car museum, there are alot of cool cars there, but come in the summer time, you'll get to see the other buildings that have some rare cars.
I'm glad you had fun in D.C.! I live near there, and it's always fun to see it through someone else's eyes. I also recommend that next time you come to the area, you visit Old Town, Alexandria. It's full of history and cool things to do!
Over in my neck of the woods, we had a Bozo. I used to watch Bozo growing up. I also watched Sesame Street and Mister Rogers Neighborhood. The Museum I went to as a teenager was The Smithsonian. It had alot of neat stuff. I think I saw the exhibit where Archie Bunker's chair is at and I think Fonzie's coat is over there. I was with my family at the time. They had a gift shop and I had gotten a hard cover book of comics. The first issue of Batman was in that book. And I think the first issue of Superman was in it too plus there was Little Lulu. I've been to Washington D.C. about twice I think. In the summer of 95 and 98.
My in laws used to live in DC and we were there quite often. It’s mostly free, which is fabulous. You are right that you’re a taxpayer so you want to check on it. Everyone should go to DC at least once!
lol I was told that the monument was two different colors because the people were upset about it being built for some reason. So they threw the stones in the river. Honestly the money thing makes more sense 😂 Great video Justin!
I'll actually be in DC this week. We'll be touring the White House, the Capitol Building, and the Bureau of Printing and Engraving. Looking forward to it!
You should check out the Henry Ford museum in Michigan. It has the theater chair Lincoln was sitting in when he was shot, blood stain and all. Is pretty incredible.
When you come back to do DC again you should come over to Baltimore and do the Ft. McHenry tour. It’s pretty cool. Also, you can see the house where Mary Pickersgill made the actual Star Spangled Banner flag, where Edgar Allan Poe died, his grave, and I don’t know if the guy still lives there, but in Linthicum (just south of Baltimore) there was a guy who had one of the largest collections of Star Wars toys in the country. He used to do tours by appointment.
My favorite part of Disney World has to be Liberty Square. I wish it was here in Cali. Washington DC is great, but I wish it retained more of the original buildings around the monuments like Colonial Village.
my eyes started to get sweaty with respect at 7:51 when he showed the Lafayette monument and it was the side with Laurens and Hamilton standing together (also Lafayette was a major, not general)
Hey justin thanks for making these videos i just lost a loved one and these videos are helping me take my mind off it (there also really good) keep up the good work!
You mentioned the Dumbo Ride vehicle - it's been a few years but I recall that item being one of the "key" artifacts they put in front of the escalators - floor 3 if I recall correctly.
Great video mate! I just released a video from the same museum on my channel and was similarly bummed that all those cool exhibits like Kermit and the ruby slippers were being refurbished, especially as I travelled all the way from the UK to see them! :-( but hey, I guess it's more of a reason to come back! Quest For Positivity and all that! :-) Also, I'm working with a bunch of Americans in Paris right now who said exactly what you did about the Mona Lisa being "small" 😂 and it made me smile that you predicted them so well!!
Justin, what a coincidence! You and Adam the Woo both published president Lincoln videos today. In Adams video he shows a Lincoln's Hearst. AND you both showed the Bat mobile!
Wow did you and Adam the Woo swap notes - Abe Lincoln and Batmobiles - uuuuummmmm weeeiiirrrddd! Back when I went to the Smithsonian - a couple decades I guess - they had the Star Spangled Banner hidden down in a container - they told you the rules - also no flash photography or video = they would then tell you part of the history and then played the song and the flag came up into view and raised high enough for the whole flag to be displayed - it remained there for a few moments - I think they even played a second version of the song but they then lowered the flag out of side and light until the next show - I was lucky to video the whole thing on the old school large video camcorder - lol - Hope you can go to the Jim Henson Studios in Hollywood for Carroll Spiney's Bday I think it is something for the 'friend' of Big Bird and Oscar - I think I saw it was May 3rd maybe check it out - We loved the Mr Rogers Special last week or so it was great
When was this shot. We are heading there in a few days, and were hoping the water would be on in the fountains. Love your vids. Keep up the good work. We just did a bunch of route 66 stuff after watching a bunch of your travels on route 66. We are from Ontario Canada travelling for two months. Cheers
Also, I don't know if you've been there or mentioned in a video, but all your talk of transportation reminded me, did you know that at one of the casino/hotels in Primm Nevada you can see Bonnie and Clyde's death car? Like the actual car they were in when they were killed by FBI agents. Bullet holes and everything. I thought it was a cool piece of history.
Here’s some recommendations for your next trip The Newseum, The National Air & Space Museum, The National Museum of African American History & Culture, Georgetown, Bowling & Eating at Pinstripes in Georgetown, & Six Flags America (40 Minutes away from DC
My father had that same Civic. The first year it came out, the rust was so bad, you could see the road through the floor in the back seat. The color looks off though, too dark orange from what he had.
I'm a pretty political guy, but I will say THANK YOU for staying apolitical. I don't need it or want it in every aspect of my entertainment.
You always do such a great job! Not only do we have fun adventures, but we get to learn so much too. Reminds me of some of those old Disney educational shows.
"These are my monuments, i wanna keep an eye on them!" Hahaha, yes Justin....yours, mine and every citizen! 😊 💖
Thank you, Justin, for not bringing politics into your videos. You're a breath of fresh air.
Another SUPER video Justin. Get'n older now an not sure hubby an i will make it to DC! Thanks for your dedication, detailed an informative trip! It feels complete on so many levels! Thanks again!!!
my dad was born on lincoln's birthday in 1919,so i always like it when you do segments on our greatest president. good job!
Wow I was just there a couple weeks ago I love the museums there. It has a lot of beautiful scenery and monuments. I only live like 2 hours away love it glad you got to see it again Justin

I admire and appreciate your respectful attitude.

I’ve also driven cross country in a Nissan Versa! Twice. When we moved from MA to San Diego and back within a stretch of 3 years. Quite an experience!
How interesting that you and Adam the Woo both posted videos today about Abraham Lincoln and the Batmobile!

I’ve been there before! Loved it! ❤️DC
That face at the end......................Epic!
I'm glad you had fun in D.C.! I live near there, and it's always fun to see it through someone else's eyes. I also recommend that next time you come to the area, you visit Old Town, Alexandria. It's full of history and cool things to do!
Good Wednesday Morning from Melbourne Australia. Great Video, l love historical artifacts and Museums, thank you.
Thanks for the look around D.C.; heading there in May. Need to decide what to see, as so much but little time!
AWESOME tour as always. Going back to DC this fall. Been there once and saw maybe a 1/10 of it!
Thanks for all the great history!
Over in my neck of the woods, we had a Bozo. I used to watch Bozo growing up. I also watched Sesame Street and Mister Rogers Neighborhood. The Museum I went to as a teenager was The Smithsonian. lol I was told that the monument was two different colors because the people were upset about it being built for some reason. So they threw the stones in the river. Honestly the money thing makes more sense 😂 Great video Justin!
This was fun and educational, I really enjoyed the segment. Thank you Justin .
P.S. Lincoln's Top Hat was too cool!
I was actually lucky enough to be able to go into the White House on a tour. It was so cool!
I've only seen the tiniest glimipse of DC....I'm anxious to go back someday!
Is pretty incredible.
awesome vlog! i used to live near d.c. so it's nice to see all the changes
I was there on the 4th of July last year and it was awesome!

"We don't need malls with sephora" best line in the video haha
my eyes started to get sweaty with respect at 7:51 when he showed the Lafayette monument and it was the side with Laurens and Hamilton standing together (also Lafayette was a major, not general)
Adam the Woo was showing Lincoln's funeral hearse today and you were at his memorial! Weeeeird
Really cool that you were just in DC.
Hey justin thanks for making these videos i just lost a loved one and these videos are helping me take my mind off it (there also really good) keep up the good work!
THE BATMOBILE!
Just heard about your article in Route Magazine CONGRATS
Great footage! Keep it up Justin 👍
When I was at that museum about three years ago, instead of The Swedish Chef, Miss Piggy was on display.
You mentioned the Dumbo Ride vehicle - it's been a few years but I recall that item being one of the "key" artifacts they put in front of the escalators - floor 3 if I recall correctly.
Being a baby boomer I grew up watching Bozo the Clown. I still love and have very happy memories watching him.
I only live two hours away from D.C. and I definitely need to visit again soon now that I have seen this video.
I've been to Washington 3 times in my life and its rained every time I've been there. LoL
love your vids JustinScarred! keep it up!

You know Lincoln's hat that you saw? It's actually called a Stovepipe Hat.
You went to the Smithsonian and didn't see the Enterprise?! That would have been at the top on my list of things to see.
Cool, piglet returns. 😸
Three things a lot of people tend to get upset on and tend to argue the most over of who is right and wrong are politics, religion and certain movies
Wow did you and Adam the Woo swap notes - Abe Lincoln and Batmobiles - uuuuummmmm weeeiiirrrddd! I could spend hours in a museum like that, and was that archie bunkers chair from all in the family near the Chef from the muppets?
I was there a few days ago, it feels weird seeing it in a video afterwards because now everything doesn’t seem as foreign
Dude you rock. Your vlogs are awesome

I went for new years and it was tooo cold to walk go very far. Next time I have to go to the Lincoln Memorial.
Also, I don't know if you've been there or mentioned in a video, but all your talk of transportation reminded me, did you know that at one of the casino/hotels in Primm Nevada you can see Bonnie and Clyde's death car? Independence Day in Washington D.C. is good, but crowded.
My father had that same Civic. The first year it came out, the rust was so bad, you could see the road through the floor in the back seat. The color looks off though, too dark orange from what he had.
Love these vids Justin
Wish I could go to Washington DC.
The last time I was there (2013), you could walk right up to the iron fence infront the White House.
What lens do you use? Big fan by the way!
Wish Justin would come to Pennsylvania.
Good for you Justin, keep politics out of it. Love you man! Keep up the great videos.
Why didn't you vlog in Massachusetts???
Go to the studabaker museum in south bend
Would you recommend the gluten free chicken tenders from Pinocchio Village Haus in the Magic Kingdom to people that can take gluten?
You're right- Bill Pullman WAS a great president.
